This is the case Leo Donofrio was helping with yesterday.

It'll be going up to Ginsburg, challenging Obama's online birth certificate.

They keep getting more and more lawsuits, they will. Especially if the evidence of forgery gets in front of them.

When Ginsburg rejects the petition, can he submit it to any Justice? So could he submit it to Thomas or Scalia?

For those who are not following Donofrio’s case:

Leo thinks the way Cort’s case is structured, it’s even STRONGER than Leo’s case!

Cort will argue, among other things, that Obama has fraudulently displayed an irrelevant document claiming it validated his claim to Natural born Citizenship when in fact it does not. That will then “open the door” for review by the SCOTUS.

They also have found a previous SCOTUS case that is stronger than what they’ve found up to this point.

To see a little of Cort’s case, go to his blog here:

They need about six or seven SCOTUS lawyers and then they need to go to the other states where suits were filed and shape those up to be docketed for supreme court consideration in early december.

Next would be the california case.

But it would be nice to get one in where there wasn’t a liberal justice with the right of first refusal.

This should be heard since it is about the law of the land. Either Obama is eligible to run or he is ineligible.

Everyone including lawyers; MSM; etc can spin this all they want; but it is a legitimate and real question.

The law says if you are not a natural born citizen or citizen of the US; you can not run for office of the President of the United States.

There is coordination with many of the cases to get this issue in front of the SCOTUS from many different angles. That includes Justices who are not necessarily Constitutionalists.

If I understand it correctly, at least 3 more cases are pending to be "kicked up" to the SCOTUS in the next 10 days that are not there now.

Throw that in with massive coordinated effort to ask for Republican Governors, SOS's and Electors to demand more documented proof regarding Obama's Natural Born Citizenship status, we're about to hit a "tipping point" on this issue!

From listening to Leo on the radio - he had almost no time to file his SCOTUS case. Leo had no sleep for 5 days, threw it together, raced down to DC from Jersey. He had been jerked around in Jersey courts and then got the same treatment by Danny Bickell.

Leo said he could have done a better job if he had more time. You have to realize this is one guy working alone who is semi-retired from the law throwing together a case in a short period of time on no sleep! Amazing!

My guess is Cort may have had more time and learned from Leo’s research.

I have talked to a few people on both sides of the issue that didn’t know this was going on. What surprised me was their first and adamant answer was “It is against the law for a person who is not a natual born citizen or citizen to run for the office of the President of the United States.

Surprised the heck out of me that people on both sides agree and you wouldn’t think all of these people would know this; but they do.

Citizen isn't enough. You have to be a natural born citizen. The constitution clearly distinguishes between the two.

The sticky point is the definition of “Natural Born.” I think we have ALL been taught in high school that N.B. is defined as “born on US soil,” and that’s the end of it. Leo’s case will argue that we were all taught wrong! MSM will have a field day.

We need to pray for each of the SCOTUS members. This will be a tough call for them either way.

IMO, IF the Supremes do NOT throw NObama out on his ear and tell him he is NOT the next President, it opens the door for any of the following to run for USA President:
Kofi Annin
Mugambe
Hugo Chavez
Raoul Castro
Margaret Thatcher
Prince Charles/ or Camilla
Achmininijab—the nut case in Iran
Abbas

Pick your poison.

California is in the 9th Circuit so Justice Kennedy would get the first application
