It’s no wonder that the government is building holding centers and that 20,000 federal armed troops wll be deployed on the streets of America. We have the questions. Now it’s time for sombody to cough up answers.

Hey, now I've toured those holding centers. They are actually quite nice. Weight rooms, spa, sauna, full bar, etc. Every city over 30,000 population has one built under city hall. Chinese coolies are smuggled in to do the construction and are then killed, their bodies shipped off to Purina to get made into dog food.

Come to think of it, I always wondered why my dog Spot eats his dinner and then 30 minutes later is back begging for more.

“If there is no demonstrable chain-of-custody, these ballots should be discarded unexamined.”

One of the other posters on this thread shows less than 1000 votes cast in this precinct. WHen you close the vote in a precinct, the election judges count the written voter register (which shows how many people showed up to vote) and compares that with the numbers on the machines or with the number of ballots turned in. The number on the list needs to match the number of votes cast. It’s easy.

I cannot believe they could have missed a 20% discrepancy in the number of voters vs the number of votes. Or that the county would not have picked it up later. That is a HUGE discrepancy.

It’s not unusual for things to vary by a vote or two out of 1,000. But 20% stretches credibility very very far.

If the ‘rats where playing “who hid the ballots” they would ‘find’ them in the most socialist districts. Just like Gore asking recounts in the most liberal Florida counties.

Found-Americans almost always are Democrats, just like Illegal-Americans and Dead-Americans.

Now there you go again! Thinking honestly and logically....what makes you think that these are honest votes?

They compare the number on the machine with the number of ballots handed out, subtracting the destroyed (spoiled) ballots. Those two number should match. If further scrutiny is needed the actual ballots, which are bundled up and put in boxes WITH SIGNED SEALS on them can be broken open and recounted, and the actual signature register can be counted. There is NO WAY ballots that were not SIGNED and SEALED immediately following the election should be counted. The machine numbers and the number of ballots cast should have already (at the end of the election) confirmed the count, therefore no additional legitimate ballots can exist. All this hookus pookus about finding ballots is just so much song and dance to steal an election. By the way any precinct with these kinds of problems should have their precinct officers fired wholesale.

this would probably add 10 or 20 votes to Franken at most.

It looks like the final count added about twice your guess. (And about half of what I thought)

Democrat Al Franken has gained 37 votes on Republican Sen. Norm Coleman in the U.S. Senate recount after Ramsey County found 171 ballots that weren't counted on election night.

I worked as an election judge in Minnesota and that’s exactly how things were handled where I worked.

and I bet all of them are for Franken

Not quite. It was Franken 91, Coleman 54, other candidates 26. A net 37 pickup for Franken in what is probably a 'Rat town. But at last check at the Minneapolis Star Tribune site, with the recount close to its conclusion, the total state vote is Coleman +305.

Notice that the posted article only stated the unofficial total at the end of the initial vote count, and did not mention the +90 net for Coleman so far in the state recount. But what else does one expect from Minnesota Public Radio?
