He mentioned the upcoming December 5 review at the Supreme Court.

I caught some of Mark Levin this hour and he was ranting and raving about the abuse of the constitution.....where are the James Madison, John Adams, etc. Meanwhile Leo’s case is right there in front of him and he’s stone cold silent.
Obama will be removed from office due to this Constitutional issue....about a week before his second term ends. Appeals, appeals, appeals.
You forgot these other pressing news questions usually put forth by Faux News-Obama:
- Will there be any murders as a result of the ruling, and will any of the deceased be blondes?
- Will any of the legal parties be driving white Broncos?
- Have any of the Supreme Court Justices offered an opinion on the OJ Simpson case?

The Hillary issue can be resolved. I don’t think the same can be said about the bc. This is getting legs and it won’t go away even if this is a smokescreen.

Donofrio’s lawsuit is about establishing whether 0bama is a “natural born citizen”. Obama must be born on American soil of an American mother and American Father.
0bama’s father was NOT a US Citizen! 0bama is NOT ELIGIBLE based on that fact! He is NOT ‘NATURAL BORN’!
Don’t get your hopes up, while them mentioned it they poo poo’ed and down played the situation by saying that a previous suit had been dismissed/thrown out.
