My personal opinion is that the Libs are made up of professional protesters, rent-a-mob, grievance on demand type of folk. I really don’t know how they could be organized this early. However, I think it is prudent to expect they are quite organized because they are on the side of the Obama machine.

Well, there are amny reasons, not the least of which would be the 'Johnson' effect ... by appointing/promoting a black affirmative action candidate despite what the Constitution states, democrats would have the black vote guaranteed for another fifty years regardless of the actual representation black people get or the number of black alive unborn children the demcorats are responsible for helping to slaughter in utero or just out.

I don't question that. But I don't think that the Supreme Court ever commands the appearance of persons or documents. Of course the Donofrio case isn't about the birth certificate. If one of the other cases such as Keyes was actually heard by the USSC, I agree that it might be a good idea for Obama's lawyer to bring the original BC along. Although I have no idea how they would determine if it was valid or not.

Donofrio’s case is actually about challenging the NJ election process where the eligibility of the candidates was not checked and at least one completely ineligible candidate was certified eligible by the iodiot NJ authority, Wells. If the SCOTUS can ignore that, there is no force left in the Constitutional requirements for president.

That ought to be addressed, but I could see where they might choose to disregard it because no substantive harm was done (i.e., that candidate was not elected, nor did he receive NJ's electoral votes).

Am I correct in reading, the issue was never fully resolved? We still do not know whether or not Arthur was indeed a natural born citizen? 0bama will just use Arthur's presidency to justify his own, I'm sorry to say.
