The Supreme Court held off Friday on deciding whether to grant a hearing in a long-shot lawsuit that would decide whether Barack Obama can constitutionally become president as a "natural born" U.S. citizen.
The Friday list of court orders that denies or grants hearings did not mention the lawsuit, which says Mr. Obama should be disqualified from the presidency because he purportedly acquired the same British citizenship that his father had when he was born.

If it turns out BO is not eligible, he is ultimately responsible for not resolving it with his own lawyers before he makes a run for the office and taking the public on a ride. Dean is responsible because when the issue surfaced with the Berg suit, Dean should have called BO into his office to get the story straight before the Dems proceeded with the convention. Finally the MSM should have done their job by dogging BO until he shows the Birth Certificate. We have a crisis now because the people responsible did not do their jobs. We live in interesting times and time will tell.

A decision not to grant a writ of certiorari — the legal term for the declaration that the justices will hear the case — would mean that a lower court ruling that dismissed the lawsuit can stand.”

With the comment of the spokesman in this article, I’m left with the idea that maybe the door isn’t really closed yet compared to the other articles, that blow it off and infer it’s over.
