Here is Gov (commerce secretary elect)Bill Richardson saying in Spanish that Obama is an "immigrant." (So he understands understands "immigrant" issues.)

Here in plain English is the Kenyan Ambassador saying that Obama is born in Kenya.

You seem to be keeping up with this issue. Do you know if it is true that Obama said on his website that he was a “citizen under the 14th Amendment”?

............

from obama's own site factcheck.org by way of fightthesmears on his dual citizenship at birth

“When Barack Obama Jr. was born on Aug. 4,1961, in Honolulu, Kenya was a British colony, still part of the United Kingdom’s dwindling empire. As a Kenyan native, Barack Obama Sr. was a British subject whose citizenship status was governed by The British Nationality Act of 1948. That same act governed the status of Obama Sr.‘s children.

Since Sen. Obama has neither renounced his U.S. citizenship nor sworn an oath of allegiance to Kenya, his Kenyan citizenship automatically expired on Aug. 4,1982.”

If SCOTUS decides to nullify his victory, There’s gonna be a lot of rioting everywhere. Hope everyone took advantage of the recent economic stimulus to the gun industry to buy a weapon!

Definition of natural born is defined at time of birth. Since BO father is a British subject and mother US citizen, he is no longer natural born per US Constitution and founding fathers intent on what they mean by natural born. Read the Donofrio lawsuit which outlines the evidence for this tight definition which the SCOTUS must rule or refine. Any modifications to his citizen status in 1982 automaticly makes BO a naturalized citizen, meaning he cannot run for POTUS.

I don't think this is correct: "... which says Mr. Obama should be disqualified from the presidency because he purportedly acquired the same British citizenship that his father had when he was born." Leo's suit is aimed at Wells, and her lack of verifying Constitutional eligibility of three candidates for the presidency. When the suit started, Leo was trying to stop the election process and have the candidates prove eligibility (Caleo, Obam, and McCain cannot, based upon Leo's pleadings).

Leo sounds so depressed htis evening on the radio. But he should paused to reflect on what he has dropped into the SCOTUS conference by way of the most Honorable Justice Clarence Thomas.

Leo has 'pulled nthe pin on a live handgrenade' and tossed it into the gaggle of Supreme Court talking heads! If the SCOTUS had stated this afternoon that they were not going to issue cert, not a single thing would have changed with several more suits on there way up.

BUT--and this is the real essence of the situation--if they had issued cert, an immediate firestorm would have broken out, with soon to arrive street demonstrations and probable riots from the obamanoids playing by the Alinsky handbook for radicals ... the same ploy Raila Odinga used in Kenya to great effect.

The President has arranged for 20,000 troops to be on stand-by. Myriad law enforcement folks must be prepared and the executive branch must prepare to deal with civil unrest and massive arrests and incarcerations. That takes a couple of days to get lined up! Watch for a sudden increase in LEO presence in major cities like Chicago and Detroit and Los ANgeles and Washington over this weekend. If the LEOs are getting more than usual active, the court has passed a message to the executive that they are going to issue cert on Monday or Tuesday.

The entire program to settle the eligibility issue may await several cases getting together to be dealt with, but the issuance of cert on Monday or Tuesday is still a very real possibility. Freepers in Detroit, Chicago, Washington, and Atlanta could be on the lookout for increased LEO presence in the cities proper as an indication that the fecal material is about to hit the rotary blades.

Leo, if you're reading along, your grenade is not defused, buddy! Clarence Thomas is no school boy, and he sure as hell isn't going to be cowed by a fraudulent Marxist squirrel from Chicago.

Does anyone know whether or not the Supremes are aware of the concern millions of Americans have over this issue? I mean, if they depend on CNN or the New York Times for their news, they are in the dark. Surely they know this is not just a conspiratorial theory conjured up by a bunch of lame-brained, right-winged kooks who are sore losers but this thing actually has great merit; don't they????

One thing this controversy certainly proved beyond a shadow of a doubt - is that the DNC totally failed in their fiduciary responsibility to confirm that the candidates their party put forth for the office of President - at least satisfied the minimal Constitutional requirements to be eligible...

If Obama is disqualified - they have to bear the full burden of responsibility for attempting to make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear — minus the lipstick....

Just imagine — these damned ignorant and incompetent Democrats have control of Congress, the White House and will stack the Supreme Court - and can’t even manage to field a candidate with UNCHALLENGED credentials and qualifications....

“Legal scholars doubt the court will hear the case.”

Who are these shadowy unnamed figures and why are they always giving their anonymous opinions in these articles???

The key sentence in this article:

"A spokesman for the court said the decision on whether to hear the suit brought by retired New Jersey lawyer Leo Donofrio is likely to be announced next week."

It appears they are using the time from now until December 15th when the Electors meet before theu make a decision.
