Nothing will happen to BaMao for at least the next two years. The enemedia will circle their wagons to ensure he’s an untouchable and will demonize any critics as racists and sore losers. It will be just like having the Clintons back in the White House, but without their humility and competence.
Out of character for a guy who wrung three years of press conferences & unofficial leaks out of the CIA leak case.
And they'll all wind up under the bus, one by one.
Highly doubt it. But all this rigmarole might keep Obama and his protectors dancing so hard on the head of a pin that they won't get around to socializing this country. And that alone will be a plus.

There is the same chance of zero being indicted and anything actually happening to him as the SCOTUS actually following the Constitution. The chance is the same as his name - zero.
Folks, the only way we can return to governing ourselves again is to leave the Union and reform under a slightly revised Constitution. Slightly revised as in a few minor tweaks from what we have learned in 250 years - things like term limits, lawyers banned from either the Legislature or Executive branches because they are already part of the Judicuary, get rid of that stupid “general welfare” phrase tat is misunderstood, repeal the 16th and 17th amendments, and replace the 16th with a consumption tax with a defined upper limit - you know, a few tweaks like this.

It’s possible that the Feds already have what they need to keep Obama out of the presidency. They offer him the chance to avert a constitional crisis, talk down his constituents and bow out gracefully. Everybody is happy...

Someone posted a link to a quote from Blag calling Obama a m——r f——r because he wanted to pick someone without paying Blog for it. And some time ago, someone mentioned that there are actually two political thuggery machines in Illinois, specifically in Chicago and that Blag is in the opposing one to Obama.
See, I find this far more likely than anything coming from the “birth certificate” stuff. Obama was associated with these guys, and whether there is testimony and paperwork to prove it, we’ll see, but it’s not at all out of the line of possibility.

What Blago said yesterday about “Remember Watergate” is VERY telling, I think.
Blago has been building his defense and building a library of tapes from AT LEAST 18 months ago when this all first started.

In a conversation with Harris on November 11, the charges state, Blagojevich said he knew that the President-elect wanted Senate Candidate 1 for the open seat but "they're not willing to give me anything except appreciation. [Expletive] them."
This indicates that Blago approached Obama with a request for bids. Obama, apparently rejected his gambit.
All good and well. Except, it demonstrates he had knowledge of a crime in progress, and, apparently, did nothing to stop it or report it to the FBI. That's called a "cover-up".
