Whover said that understand neither conservatism nor libertarianism, and probably and ignorantly calls himself a conservative, but is, in reality, a big government liberal.
Then I guess Reagan was a big govt liberal for ending the Cold War. Newt must’ve been a liberal because he figured how to get people off welfare and into work. And if you want to spend money to build a border fence, you must also be a liberal because ohmigosh! you had to spend $ to do it.
