OK how about a couple of FACTS?

The guy lives around the corner from me.

THe roads are very narrow in this part of the Muni - and the Muni does a VERY BAD job of plowing the steerts. SO the travel lane is darn narrow, add in folks living in the area parking on both sides of the street - now you are down to 1 lane of travel.

Add in rubberneckers.

SO - is the Muni going to plow the street? No, the proof is there. Will they tell ALL the neighbors no on street parking - the Muni cannot.

So - what’s left? Yup - the snoman has to go.

AIn’t life wonderful?

Have a merry CHristmas!

Here it was a half dozen pickup loads of aged hores manure.

Code officer called it unsanitary, and forced its removal.

It tested lower for bacteria than is allowed for compost, but don’t try to confuse a government enforcer with facts.

Been to court to try to fine the guy, and the brouhaha is in its third council meeting to now try to reimburse him.

So far, nobody has reprimanded the code officer.
