WARSAW (Reuters) - A Polish man got the shock of his life when he visited a brothel and spotted his wife among the establishment's employees.
Polish tabloid Super Express said the woman had been making some extra money on the side while telling her husband she worked at a store in a nearby town.
"I was dumfounded. I thought I was dreaming," the husband told the newspaper on Wednesday.
The couple, married for 14 years, are now divorcing, the newspaper reported.

The irony of this story is that the guy had been sleeping with a prostitute for free and didn’t even realize it....

Are brothels legal in Poland? I would think that they would not allow such depravity to flourish out in the open there. They are still a pretty religious country from what my father told me from his trip there five or six years ago.

Mutually Assured Destruction ....marriage style. Both took each other out, and I have to say it is a fitting end (much better than when it is only one person being faithful while the other is running about ....it is fitting since both of them took the other out).

I thought of the very same song as soon as I saw it. However, I think this has more of an oldtime C&W tune. And I don't mean Gene Autry.

Maybe he though his wife was earning extra money so he could visit hookers.
It's sad these two are getting divorced - they seem matched for each other.

Uh, brothels have flourished in Christian Europe for hundreds of years. There was even a convent in Venice several centuries ago that doubled as a brothel.
