Election Analysis: Gun Rights in Peril

Majority Leader Harry Reid is not that hostile, IMHO, but the grabbers are energized. It's no time to be complacent.

The gun grabbers give the lie to the notion all they want is to keep guns out of the hands of criminals. What they really want is to deny law-abiding people their right of self defense.

Maybe old Sarah can attack him with her pointy tongue.

Dude, in their warped minds anyone that possesses one of these inanimate objects is a criminal.

Have they stated a legal basis for their suit?

Someone should sue the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence.

Just like with the Obama birth certificate.

I think they’re just a bunch of dirty no good liberals looking to take something precious away from conservatives. When we get back in power, we really need to get rid of Roe V Wade.

Of course, I WILL carry my gun into a Park, and should I need it, I WILL USE IT, laws be damned. You know the bad guy is not going to obey so why should I?

As they say, better judged by 12 than carried by 6.

Wow, talk about dumb. Heller will be raised, and a larger part of the gun ban could be nixed...

...or run into some Ted Bundy wannabe.

Remember the movie, "I Know My Name Is Steven" (Stayner). He had a brother that made even bigger headlines a few years later. In a federal national park.

I had a friend (no bigger than a bird and no spring chicken) who was determined to walk the Appalachian Trail. I told her to ignore the laws; pack a weapon. She was not only alone, but overnight for a week, too. And yes, she finished the Trail!

Ms Potato Head and her handlers can kiss ole brown spot !

I don’t carry a gun to kill people. I carry a gun to keep from being killed.

I don’t carry a gun to scare people. I carry a gun because sometimes this world can be a scary place.

I don’t carry a gun because I’m paranoid. I carry a gun because there are real threats in the world.

I don’t carry a gun because I’m evil. I carry a gun because I have lived long enough to see the evil in the world.

I don’t carry a gun because I hate the government. I carry a gun because I understand the limitations of government.

I don’t carry a gun because I’m angry. I carry a gun so that I don’t have to spend the rest of my life hating myself for failing to be prepared.

I don’t carry a gun because I want to shoot someone. I carry a gun because I want to die at a ripe old age in my bed, and not on a sidewalk somewhere tomorrow afternoon.

I don’t carry a gun because I’m a cowboy. I carry a gun because, when I die and go to heaven, I want to be a cowboy.

I don’t carry a gun to make me feel like a man. I carry a gun because men know how to take care of themselves and the ones they love.

I don’t carry a gun because I feel inadequate. I carry a gun because unarmed and facing three armed thugs, I am inadequate.

I don’t carry a gun because I love it. I carry a gun because I love life and the people who make it meaningful to me.

Police Protection is an oxymoron. Free citizens must protect themselves. Police do not protect you from crime, they usually just investigate the crime after it happens and then call someone in to clean up the mess.

Personally, I carry a gun because I’m too young to die and too old to take an ass whoopin’.

Whew! I’m glad that they’re going to keep those evil guns out of our parks. After all, never, ever, has a weapon been in those parks - else we’d have seen senseless murders and mayhem. (liberal loon logic....)

This is a complete exposure of the true intent of the communist left in this nation. They must disarm the people, because it is the only way they can insure their edicts will go unchallenged.

Well the way I see it, cONGRESS could put a $1 a day “fee” on people that want to be armed in the park. The money would be used to promote ah....gun safety (wink wink) There would never be another thought by them on a ban since they have never met a tax payer dollar that they didn’t drool over.

Why does the Brady Bunch insist on disarming law abiding citizens? What good does it do to have a law like this when all it does is make criminals out of the good guys?

The Brady Campaign to Prevent that has done nothing but promote Gun Violence has sued the Interior Department to stop it from eliminating a 25-year-old federal rule restricting loaded guns in law abiding citizens in their attempt to lawfully protect themselves from harm in national parks.
