That’s the kind of stuff that tripped up ole Chief Editor Korir over at API (African Press International) who said he had the Michelle Obama tape that admitted Obama was born in Kenya.
Oh..., and Ed Hale was involved with the ole Chief, too. AND..., of all people — so was Berg (of the Supreme Court case). Berg was the lawyer for ole Chief Editor Korir, here in the United States....
This is getting crazier by the minute...

Ummmm..., it looks like the same kind of stuff that came from Chief Editor Korir over at API (African Press International). Ed Hale was also involved with the “chief”, too.
In addition to that, Berg (of the Supreme Court case) was also Chief Editor Korir’s attorney, here in the United States. Berg was supposed to use the Michelle Obama tape (that admitted that Obama was born in Kenya) in his Supreme Court case, and he signed on as Chief Editor Korir’s attorney.
Now, it turns out, that Chief Editor Korir has basically admitted that the whole thing was a hoax and it did it so that he could “punish stupid people for believing stupid things...” LOL...
Isn’t it odd that all these people are connected together. I would say that Ed Hale learned a few things from his association with Chief Editor Korir...

From the looks of it, it seems that is clear. I’ve been saying that state laws need to be passed to prevent this from happening again (re: vetting the candidate, precisely and according to statute). But, there are people here (some) who want to invent such crazy ideas of how they are going to get Obama out of office. They just don’t make any sense.
The only thing that does make sense is their *desire* to get him out of office, but they’ve lost all connection to *reality* and invent such crazy ideas that they think are going to work that have no basis in reality. It’s quite amazing to see such a “melt-down” of common sense...
Might be. But I am not giving up and will never give up fighting for our Constitution and free Republic. The most important thing is that WHOMEVER is President they must meet the constitutional requirements.
If it does turn out that Obama is sworn in on January 20th he will still be plagued with questions and law suits concerning his constitutional qualifications to hold office. This issue is NOT GOING AWAY!
Obama is a fraud and has had great support in continuing to deceive many of the unknowing public. But there are 58 million of us who know the truth!
Obama does not qualify to hold the Office of President and he knows it. The DNC, RNC, and everyone else in Government knows it. He is NOT a natural born citizen, period. Nor is John McCain as he was born in Colon, Panama not on US soil or US territory. Resolution 511 to give McCain a pass is only that, a Resolution. It is not an amendment to the Constitution and therefore not law. The Resolution even states one must be born of US “citizens” (2) to be considered a “natural born” citizen. Obama’s father was Kenyan/British subject not a US citizen. So no matter WHERE Obama was born, he is still NOT a “natural born” citizen.
But then, we really do not know where he was born do we? So what if it is Kenya? That would mean Obama ONLY meets the age requirement to be President. That isn't enough!

That was enlightening to say the least. Didn't he have on his own website that he held dual citizenship at birth? I don't think he is eligible without chucking the Constitution. What is wrong with the Supremes?

I always thought that API ordeal was a hoax. It was so obvious. I wouldn't be surprised if Obama was in on it to make people look dumb and distract them from searching for the real truth.

I believe like many others do that the SCOTUS will step in after January 8th if Congress gives Obama a pass. Congress is to uphold the constitution and if they do nothing to verify Obama’s qualifications to hold office, they are not doing their duty.
I have to trust the SCOTUS until I see them ignore taking action after January 8th. If Congress does act, then SCOTUS will not need to take action. Just my opinion.

Lets say Obama was born in HI. Great, he was then born on US soil which makes him a citizen....but not “natural born” citizen. To be “natural born” both of his parents HAD to be citizens. His mom was, his father was not.

His parents were BOTH US citizens, which means McCain IS a citizen.....but he is NOT a “natural born” citizen because he was NOT born on US soil. Colon, Panama was not US soil or US base, or US territory.
Bottom line is the TWO requirements of being considered “natural born”. The video below explains it best. The two are: Born on US soil AND of US citizen parents. Example. Two people could come to the US from Kenya. Become US citizens, and then give birth to a child. The child could grow up to be President because he/she was born on US soil to parents who were US citizens at the time of birth. The parents MUST be citizens.....but don’t have to be “natural born” themselves.

Ole “Chief Editor Korir” has now locked up all the previous articles and posts on the Michelle Obama tape (where she admitted that Obama was born in Kenya). You can no longer get to those articles (at least it was locked up the last time I checked, a few days ago).
Before he locked up everything, he said that he had a meeting with Obama (or Obama’s people) and turned over the Michelle Obama tape to him (and/or his people). Chief Editor Korir said it was the right thing for him to do. It was shortly after that article that he locked up everything — because, at that time, the tape issue was a dead issue (since he “gave it over to Obama”... LOL..).
But, Chief Editor Korir wasn’t about to go “silently into the night” without giving his “last kick” to the “stupid people” that he wanted to “punish” for believing such stupid things as he was saying.
He posted on another blog he created, the “Dark Socrates” methodology, which basically explains that you need to *punish stupid people* and make them know that they’ve been punished. So, that’s what Chief Editor Korir did in the end...

Now, the interesting thing is that Berg (of the Supreme Court case) is/was associated with Chief Editor Korir, and so was Ed Hale. So, it’s very interesting that Ed Hale is learning the techniques of Chief Editor Korir... :-)

Now, it appears that the Obamites are saavy in Internet stuff and boards and rumor-mills and so on — so that the Obamites are creating this whole “Obama qualification issue” strictly for the sake of “punishing idiots” (as they think of them...).
I would say that this is what is going on here — with the Obama qualification issue...
