You’re joking, right? If you believe that Factcheck.org validates ANYTHING officially you are sorely mistaken. In fact, if you would take the time to really delve into the issues here, and the laws applicable at the time of his birth (1961?), Obama’s COLB is NOT proof of ANYTHING (even IF the factcheck document ISN’T a complete fraud - which is ANOTHER issue altogether!). It is even MORE suspect due to the ties between FactCheck, and the Annenberg foundation that Obama and Ayers worked for in Chicago.
Honestly, what I BELIEVE doesn’t matter. It’s what can be PROVEN, and what the courts will even LOOK at that which matters at this point. What I DON’T believe is that the Democrats, and the various Secretaries of State did their jobs in making sure Obama was qualified BEFORE they put him on the ballot.
Do some research, read the available information at numerous sites. Research and read the lawsuits from across the country (not just Berg’s). It’s not as if all of these people would be risking their careers and standing with society if they were not pretty sure there was something to all of this.
When I take into account Obama’s actions regarding these issues it all becomes even MORE suspect.
Until Obama submits documents TO THE COURT, I take everything he’s come up with as a grain of salt. He could’ve taken care of this MONTHS ago by simply releasing his records (as McCain did, BTW). But, he didn’t. And, despite subpoenas he has spent THOUSANDS, if not hundreds of thousands in lawyers’ fees to keep the OBC sealed and has gone to great lengths to make everything appear “kosher”, however, if one simply takes the time to scratch at the surface a gaping wound opens, and the wound itself isn’t clean, at all.
Where there is smoke there is fire, and Obama’s eligibility is an issue that’s virtually obscured by the amount of smoke in the air.
If you are relying on places like Factcheck.org, and the MSM for your education on these matters, I would suggest broadening your horizons.

I didn’t read the rest of your posts on this thread. 99.9% of the time those who post on these threads with the FactCheck.org link are either trolls, or haven’t been following this story long enough to understand all the things that have been discovered over the last 8-9 months or so - here at FR and elsewhere... That combined with your sign-up date led me to believe you were not looking at this situation objectively at all, but that you were indeed a “new” troll... Again, I offer my apologies for my assumption about you.

You weren’t scammed, the thing has been produced now as you know, the saga continues with the possibility of a break in the case regarding newly discovered Port of Entry papers that allegedly show Stanley Ann coming back into the US from Kenya, with her new baby Obama and his birth cert/docs as required for US entry re foreign births.
I can’t tell is you are serious or not. really.
