Well, Berg said in his case to the courts that there are no laws requiring this. And he says that this is the problem.
I’m saying that this is the problem, too. And until you get those state laws, you’re going to continue to have this same problem. It won’t do you any good to run after something you seem to have no ability to enforce — and Berg actually says that in his own case.
The people who want this thing “proven” are going to have to get those state laws on the books in order to prevent this from happening again...

I would be willing to bet that hardly a person here knew about Chief Editor Korir’s Black Socratic Methodology. Maybe a few other might have known that Berg was Chief Editor Korir “US lawyer” or maybe not. And I’m not sure how many knew that Ed Hale was involved with Chief Editor Korir.
So, I’m sure it’s all very interesting to a lot of people who peruse the forum, in any case. I would rather “be informed” on these details than be “left in the dark” and not know these details....

I didn’t say they threw out the cases. It was denied for the injunction. It’s still to be determined whether they will even “hear” the case for Berg’s “standing”.
Furthermore, the case with the retired officer is speculative, in that any of the information presented, has not been confirmed by any court and the Supreme Court wouldn’t be in a position to verify it. And furthermore, they’ve already indicated a reluctance to interfere with the election by refusing to order an “injunction” — so they are unlikely by the same thinking to interfere with an injunction with this retired officer — much less the fact that they’ll probably think that he can come back *if* he ever gets recalled (since he’s currently retired).
In addition — even if Berg gets all he wanted — nothing happens except that Berg goes back to the lower court and simply starts all over again (i.e., he gets a hearing from that court and then the court decides for him or against him). And Berg is still no closer to stopping anything that Obama does.
And if this isn’t about stopping Obama, I don’t know what it’s about, then... LOL...
The way to stop Obama is to get those state laws in place that prevents this kind of thing happening in the next presidential election...
There are 23 cases one of which involves Berg. And who Berg knows has no bearing on the merits of the issues involved.

That’s why we need to beef up the process and make sure that there are laws to support the Constitution. Berg says, in his court case, that there are no laws that require Obama to prove the things that we want him to prove. I believe what Berg said is true.
Thus, that’s why state laws need to be put into effect to make sure that we don’t have the same thing happen again in the next Presidential election. Now..., that’s what I call supporting the Constitution... (and since Berg has already admitted that we don’t have laws to enforce this, it’s all the more reason...)

Exactly so. This is what I was pointing out. In fact, there is a connection between API (African Press International) and Chief Editor Korir, along with Ed Hale and Berg (of Supreme Court fame). They were all involved in the Michelle Obama tape that said Obama was born in Kenya...

This is an interesting and extremely important issue for the status of the Constitutional contract We The People hold with the federal authority. The SCOTUS should--at minimum--define what 'natural born citizen' means the way the framers used it in definiing Constitutional eligibility.
It may be that the SCOTUS will rule waht was the meaning and then cite the evolution of changes in meaning which make it--in their eyes--more important that the peopel ahev voted someone intot he office. This will of course not take into account that we the people were deceived by the candidate, manipulated with silnece from the fifth column enemedia, and railroaded into accepting a tacit change to the Constitution which did not happen by the prescribed means stated in the Constitutional contract. THAT is why I have been stating that this issue could abrogate the contract if not dealt with adequately.

Wish it were that easy. When the head reads “to be revealed today” it makes a great teaser...but you have to LOOK at the info to find out that it is bogus. I came here looking for time, source, details, etc., and quickly discover that it is nothing. By the way, this is the day AFTER the supposed announcement was to take place...we should all be jumping with joy at finally seeing documentation of Barry’s birth.

This Chief Editor Korir and the API (African Press International) with their Michelle Obama tape that said Obama was born in Kenya — is something that has been going on since before the election.
A lot of people thought that it was going to be released to the public before the election, but it was delayed and delayed and finally — given over to Obama (supposedly).
At the end Chief Editor Korir put this up as what was important for people to know. In the meantime, all the while, there were lots of people saying that this was all a hoax (what the Chief Editor was doing). But many people were convinced it was true and they were trying to help the “editor” get his tape out to the American public.
You would have had to read all the “press releases” that the good ole Chief Editor Korir put out.
And, all the while, while that was going on — Berg signed on to be Chief Editor Korir’s lawyer in the US and he was intending on using this information in his Supreme Court case.
Along with that Ed Hale was insisting with Chief Editor Korir that he had a contract with him to publish the tape, on the air, on his show. So, they both got into a fight about that and Ed Hale threatened to sue Chief Editor Korir.
And on and on it went — all the way through December — until the chief let people know (through some IM messages, other people who worked with the Chief Editor) and the other blog he put up — that he wanted to “punish people” for being so foolish that they believed such a tale, that he was putting forth.
Anyway, Berg got involved and Ed Hale got involved and a lot of people got sucked in.
It turns out that this is appearing to be a “methodology” that is being “used” by the Obama people (as evidenced by one, i.e., the good ole Chief Editor Korir) to fool those who want to get rid of Obama.
So, either Ed Hale and Berg got sucked into it — or — they were part of it. I think they got sucked into it — along with a lot of other people who are also getting sucked into this “Dark Socratic methodology” that is being displayed here and that happened in this instance.
