It does seem odd that the divorce papers from her 2nd marriage were easily obtained but there is always this big blank space around time spans in his early years. I would venture to guess if someone were to find his college records, law records, medical, birth certificate(real one) passports, he would not be sworn in as president. I would almost stake my life on that one.

In other words Barry was conceived and born as the child of a man whose loyalty and citizenship was of Kenya a British colony. Barry was therefore, at minimum, A citizen of Great Britain. However, he was adopted at the age of seven to a man of Indonesian citizenship and live for a time in Indonesia, even going to school as an Indonesian citizen. This is documented on his school records.
So while we have read your statement many times and we might take it at face value, What then is Barry's status as an Indonesian citizen.
Did Barry's citizenship of Indonesia also somehow expire upon emancipation?
How did he become nationalized as a US Citizen? When?
Barry found his Birth Certificate among his mother's belongings why did he not post that as confirmation of his identity?
Further, as a citizen of Indonesia he presumably had a passport. May we see a copy of all passports he held as an Indonesian and where he traveled under said passports?

The microfiche rolls and bound books were delivered to the attendant behind the desk via a dumb waiter system. I could get copies of what I saw on the microfiche viewer and books, but it would take about an hour to wait to print an UNcertified copy because of the queue in front of me.
But to get Certified copies, there was at least a 12-hour queue in front of me. I could either come back the next day to pick it up in person — a pain in the butt with court house parking, going through security, etc. Or, I could have the documents delivered and get them at my office, in one more day, via US Mail.
In this era, where we are accustom to everything being Digitized, we forget that some information is still stored in antiquated forms of non-digitized media and old, dusty books ...
Yeah, you know, I get a little suspicious about Bible quoters when they are so factually wrong, misunderstand the intent and context or are just plain intellectually bogus.

God does say the love of money is evil and having no other gods before him is the instruction. You love God but not other things. Those things you love on this earth are temporary while God and his love are permanent rocks we can place our faith in.

He has no moral code that a good person would recognize. I’ve been wondering how much of his time there is really in Hawaii to be on telephone standby for close-door Court hearings about records requests, between his attorneys present vs attorneys associated with Berg, Pidgeon, Dr Orly, and other cases.
Does he have to be in the State so he can physically appear at the the Court House if the Judge demands to see him in person? Don’t know for sure. But I have my suspicions.

Well, this is where things get a bit blurry...
Dual citizenship WAS allowed up in the US until 1990. Some court cases, court interpretation, and Administration policies affected the State Department's stance on the matter to what we have currently. Remember, the State Dept is an Executive function. The next president could change it from the prior.
The official current position of the USA with respect to the dual citizenship was presented in telegrams to American consulates and embassies in “67 Interpreter Releases 799” (23 July 1990) and “67 Interpreter Releases 1092” (1 October 1990). The closest I've come across on this is on a Russian website, “Babelfished” here:
Now, I'm not certain how this affects Obama and his travels and citizenship before this date, particularly with his travel and stay in Indonesia. I personally think he had Indonesian citizenship, and never disclosed his American citizenship to Indonesian customs. Additionally if his name was changed in Indonesdia to Barry Soeroto, and not changed back in Hawaii around in the 1980 Divorce Decree -- that too could have some very serious implications for the president-elect.
You have the issue of “once a British citizen, always a British citizen.” British Common Law and correct legislative programs may force the issue if it comes up using his name and how it appears in the divorce decree. If you look at Sections 87-98 (http://kenya.rcbowen.com/constitution/chap6.html) of the current Kenyan Constitution, there's some unanswered question regarding Obama.:
- Is Obama still a Kenyan citizen NOW, regardless of what he's said he hasn't renounced?
- Is he a dual citizen still in the eyes of Kenya?
- Is he a Commonwealth Citizen?
- Because Parliament has the authority to change citizenship law, is there legislation or policy that is allowed as an Act of Parliament?
The Framers were going to demand an oath of abjuration for citizen and president alike, fore-swearing allegiance to other countries. I'd like to see that on Jan 20th, if we get that far along....

I am so sick and tired of Star Traveler “LOL-ing” all over my Constitution. I and many others made too much of a sacrifice for a Obama lover to come along and laugh at our seriousness of this issue.
He/she is on every BC thread repeating the same mantra and adding LOL to the end of non-funny statements.

We have been covering this for months now and have uncovered reams of evidence both real and circumstantial about this guy and who He really is.NO one knows. If this is the best you have, won't work for me.

You can do things legally (at least, theoretically, if not in “practice” so far) with Obama before he is in office. Once he is in office, then separation of powers (between the branches of government) are relevant (he being in one of those branches).
If he were to be removed, Congress is the one that has been assigned the power to remove him through the Impeachment and Trial process (per the Constitution). The Supreme Court cannot do anything to remove him from office (the Constitution doesn’t give the power to them and has specifically given it to Congress) — and if asked to, they would defer to Congress to do its duty.
But, we know how well that worked with Clinton...

Well, when I see the same kinds of things going on as with Chief Editor Korir and what he finally let everyone know was his massive hoax and how he intended to “punish the fools” — it does get very humorous to see those kinds of wild ideas being floated that bear no resemblance to reality.
Now..., one solid connection to reality was a thread that was posted, just a day ago, about an Oklahoma legislator putting forth a bill to require vetting for a Presidential candidate on their state level. Now, that was the type of “common sense” that I’ve been talking about — and was going to talk to the representatives in Oklahoma when they get into session. However, there are other smart legislators here, already “on the case”...
It’s the difference between recognizing “reality” and doing something that actually works, versus all the strange stuff that keeps showing up on these posts (one for example that some Sheriff/Marshall is going to walk into the President’s office and escort him off the premises — LOL.. (that’s deserving of a triple LOL...)...
