Once Russian ships are providing courier service throughout the globe, there will be far less detection of “suspicious” cargo to places like Cuba, Nicaruagua and Venezuela.

It is possible that these “tractor parts” will be used for weapons. Probably, these weapons will be sold to or given to FARC, which, in turn, will use the weapons to kill our allies in Columbia. I don’t believe that this has a threat to America, but it still is quite erie that Venezuela is now in the fight, on the side of terrorists. Hello 6th communist nation (or at least a vicious dictatorship)

Here's a little background on the Iran-Chavez-Russia-China connection:

From National Public Radio (NPR), August 29, 2006:
"Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has been visiting countries such as China, Iran and Russia as part of an effort to build a 'strategic alliance' of interests not beholden to the United States. He considers the United States his arch enemy.":
http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=5729764

From the Russian News and Information Agency, July 27, 2006:
"'I am determined to expand relations with Russia,' Chavez, known as an outspoken critic of what he calls the United States' unilateralism, told the Russian leader, adding that his determination stemmed from their shared vision of the global order.":
http://en.rian.ru/russia/20060727/51913498.html

From WorldThreats.com, July 29, 2006:
"Chavez pledged that his country would 'stay by Iran at any time and under any condition,' state television reported. Ahmadinejad said he saw in Chavez a kindred spirit." "'We do not have any limitation in cooperation,' Ahmadinejad was quoted as saying. 'Iran and Venezuela are next to each other and supporters of each other. Chavez is a source of a progressive and revolutionary current in South America and his stance in restricting imperialism is tangible.'":

Yet how many millions of fools in our country actually believed she (and the movement) was “anti-war”. Hard to be an anti-war pacifist when you’re giving interviews to the Revolutionary Communist Party, and hanging with Hugo Chavez.

He considers the United States his arch enemy

Except for the Democrats such as Reps. John Conyers (D-MI), William Delahunt (D-MA), Ed Markey (D-MA), and Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX), who has actually advocated beefing up Chavez’s military. Gov. Bill Richardson (D-NM) and Ex-Rep. Joe Kennedy (D-MA) have also reportedly cozied up to Chavez.
