I want global warming, and I want it this weekend, darn it! Enough of these frigid temperatures already.

Why is every other politician a wannabe scientist? Do they think using scientific words makes them sound intelligent?

Earth to the clueless: it doesn’t.

Republican governors, battling climate change in their states and fed up with the GOP’s inability to organize in Washington

RINO's have no need to worry, soon enough there won't be a GOP to be or not be organized.

I just saw another thread, a few days ago, that had this Huntsman character advocating a huge tax increase on smokes, too. With Republicans like this dope, who needs donks?

agreed. liberals are the only people on the earth that would believe that a person like algore, the biggest proponent of AGW, would have any type of credibility whatsoever on the subject of climatology. he has no education or credentials that would prove he’s any sort of “expert” on the matter. apparently, more congress members are seeing this phenomenon with algore and think they can do it too.

libs are blind followers because they need to attach to a cause to justify their existence

GOP cannot get a “consensus” because most of their constituents don’t go along with this AGW rubbish...i’m glad to know that the people i voted for are now turning coat on the issue

“If Republicans had identified this problem earlier and tackled it aggressively, we would all be working together.”

On the other hand, if Republicans managed to _correctly identify_ Catastrophic Anthropogenic Global Warming as bad and in fact incorrect science, they’d look a lot smarter than the rest of the politicians.

The Global Warming Hoax has sure taken in many folks. It’s time for the Republican Senators (Inhofe has been doing a good job on this issue) to turn up the heat (pun intended) and roast the various hoaxers on the flame of honest inquiry.

If the solar minimum keeps going, this next winter is going to be _really cold_. 2008-2009 is looking like a doozy in its own right...

I hope a nasty, record-cold freeze comes in to DC Tuesday for the coronation to remind the adoring millions of what the weather pattern are actually up to.

"Republican Governors?" Yeah, right.

And,(as our plucky poster dives for cover) where does St. Sarah stand on "global warming"? Just askin'.

How does one “battle” climate change anyway?

One pays more taxes. One is prevented from using more efficient power while subsidizing less-efficient power. One pays communists to throttle capitalists.

One dies young, unfulfilled, sick, cold, and bewildered.

One falls victim to Change in order to move humanity backwards.
