"18 U.S.C. § 245. The portion of Section 245 of Title 18 which is primarily enforced by the Criminal Section makes it unlawful to willfully injure, intimidate or interfere with any person, or to attempt to do so, by force or threat of force, because of that other person's race, color, religion or national origin and because of his/her activity as one of the following:
A student at or applicant for admission to a public school or public college;
A participant in a benefit, service, privilege, program, facility or activity provided or administered by a state or local government;
An applicant for private or state employment; a private or state employee; a member or applicant for membership in a labor organization or hiring hall; or an applicant for employment through an employment agency, labor organization or hiring hall;
A juror or prospective juror in state court;
A traveler or user of a facility of interstate commerce or common carrier;
A patron of a public accommodation or place of exhibition or entertainment, including hotels, motels, restaurants, lunchrooms, bars, gas stations, theaters, concert halls, sports arenas or stadiums.
This statute also prohibits wilful interference, by force or threat of force, with a person because he/she is or was participating in, or aiding or encouraging other persons to participate in any of the benefits or activities listed above without discrimination as to race, color, religion, or national origin."

Seriously, I don't think there will be many door-to-door sweeps. After the first one, word will travel so fast throughout the land that the JBT will be in hiding.
I would expect something more sophisticated and long-term. Something more tolerable and low-key.
After all, the objective is to collect the guns and kill the resistors. That's going to take some skillful planning.
I suppose there will be plenty of 'Hessians' anxious and waiting to sign up. I would imagine the extra bonus of allowing the 'security force' to carry scimitars would be a plus, as they would say in the job market.

No they won't. The majority WILL not. They will hide them. What can they do? Arrest half of the US citizens? You think those militia groups are giving up their weapons? Dream on. They are rabid 2nd amendment fighters.
I honestly believe right now we are at war here at home but instead of north and south it is right v left and at the moment the left I feel is winning.

And how, pray tell, are we going to get "our" way by using the courts when most of the judges and attorneys are rabid leftists?
You don't get it. If we try to play the same game we will lose ...cause we'll be playing by 'their' rules. Problem is, they keep changing the rules mid-game to further their agenda and the leftist media covers their @sses at every turn.
The only way we will ever win again against the leftists is to play a different game...one that we haven't played before.
And for many/most of those who claim to be "doing as they are told", it will be another chance for them to abuse their "authority" over the people.

Karl Marx said that their agenda will never work by force and that they have to get people into certain positions, well they have teachers, media,judges, lawyers etc, well we have to get our children into positions too so we can counter them.
