Yes, it does.

It took me awhile but I finally figured out who Obama is. He's just a Chicago ward heeler. He hides it well but underneath all of his Ivy League BS but Obama is just old fashion political hack.

In so far as doling out the payola and graft, you ain't seen nothing yet. Obama's administration is just going to be one long pay-for-play government with certain groups reaping the bonanza. Just like Chicago only on a grander scale.
