Exactly right. We couldn’t have easily discerned his mission because last summer he proclaimed himself a “citizen of the world.” Then about 4 days before his victory in November he said he was here to “change the world.” He’s allegiance isn’t to this country. His allegiance is to his mission....the steal and to kill.

1998 seems like a long enough time to have ‘creds’ in my book. Gertz is part of this group too..which gives it even more creds.
Perhaps Obama said that because he knew he was already going behind Bush’s back to negotiate with Al Qaeda!
If this turns out to be true...this country is in more trouble than any of us ever imagined!
I am sure the Obama brownshirts are all over this, as we speak..threatening lawsuits, etc.

Cairo, Asharq Al-Awsat- The Egyptian Islamist movement Jamaat Islamiya has called for Al Qaeda to adopt a four-month truce and to cease any operations against the United States, the West and other countries, as they await “the fair, practical stances of the new American president.”
(This four month truce must coincide with the four month period that Obama requested a hold on trials at Guantanamo)
