The time has come to "form a more perfect union" by states rights. The battle of the states has begun. History is in the making once again.

Speaking of the Fourth Amendment:

Why is it a violation of the Fourth Amendment that cries to heaven for vengeance, if the CIA, FBI, or NSA listens to the telephone call of a non-citizen who is a terrorist,

but NOT a violation of the Fourth Amendment if the government grabs my COMPLETE MEDICAL HISTORY, and scans and digitizes it, and uses it to take control of my medical care?

“Socialism Is Legal Plunder” / “Legal Plunder Has Many Names”

You would use the law to oppose socialism? But it is upon the law that socialism itself relies. Socialists desire to practice legal plunder, not illegal plunder. Socialists, like all other monopolists, desire to make the law their own weapon. And when once the law is on the side of socialism, how can it be used against socialism? For when plunder is abetted by the law, it does not fear your courts, your gendarmes, and your prisons. Rather, it may call upon them for help.

Thus we have an infinite number of plans for organizing it: tariffs, protection, benefits, subsidies, encouragements, progressive taxation, public schools, guaranteed jobs, guaranteed profits, minimum wages, a right to relief, a right to the tools of labor, free credit, and so on, and so on. All these plans as a whole — with their common aim of legal plunder — constitute socialism.

Thanks to FReeper raygun for the link.

What? The laboratories of socialism are finally waking up to the jack-booted thugs of socialism? Where the heck have they been?

Enabling it. Condoning it. Participating in it. That’s where.

None of this will mean anything once the “Stimulus” hand-outs start.

Who wants to bet that within the next two or three generations there won’t be a federal government anymore. People are really losing their patience with these clowns in Washington.

Great news! I highly doubt that my state (NM) will do anything like that as long as that pig Richardson is still our king.

I have a question that maybe someone can help me with? IF a state secedes that state won't need the Sin_ators and congressmen/women in DC any more will they? Can you see where I'm going with this? LOL! What better way to dump the traitors who have sold us down the river!! THAT would be hilarious! ;o)

Why do I have a very bad feeling that THIS is what Biden was talking about when he said that Zero would be tested and he would be depending upon his minions to keep order?

So far, eight states have introduced resolutions declaring state sovereignty under the Ninth and Tenth Amendment to the Constitution, including Arizona, Hawaii, Montana, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, Oklahoma and Washington.

Analysts expect that in addition, another 20 states may see similar measures introduced this year, including Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Nevada, Maine and Pennsylvania.

Got 19 so far to write. Our state isn’t on that list and we all want to know why not.

Woo Hoo!! Lets dig up Jeff Davis too!!! ;-)

This does surprise me, because that federal money is more addictive then crack cocaine. I doubt if they actually go through with it, but it does send a strong message to DC.

Just in time.. thank GOD I live in Arizona a Republican state! Barbara Boxer is demanding Obama immediately hand the "power over U.S. sovereignty to the United Nations as soon as possible by urging the State Department to come out in support of the U.N. Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC). "

http://www.redstate.com/warner_todd_huston/2009/02/07/boxer-urges-quick-handover-of-us-power-to-un/

Remember Boxer and Hillary are tighter than thieves, I still remember the speech Hillary made campaigning for Boxer four years ago where she basically said we have to take from the rich to give to the poor (this was in San Francisco).......
