Capitol Police say a man was arrested after carrying a rifle to the U.S. Capitol Tuesday and telling officers he had a delivery for President Obama.
It happened around 4 p.m. at the north barricade of the Capitol. Investigators say the man drove up and said he had a delivery for the president, and after he was questioned he admitted to having a rifle in his vehicle.

“Yes, you are right. The Colonists were British subjects. The fact still remain they had no representation. For all intents, they were disenfranchised.”
Geography is not the only way to disenfranchise. A growing number of Americans are feeling disenfranchised and I’m not altogether sure that it started with this administration.
This is something...

Let My Children Go! Jena 6 Protestors Vow That the Fight Continues
“(The Jena 6) is one of sorrow, but then it’s not. This had to come about,” Brock said. “The Jena 6 are just pawns in the real game of chess. But there are some strong ones behind the pawns that needs to be removed. We can start winning that game of chess by saying that we’ve got to do better.”
Depends on what kind of loud music you’re talking about.
I might know a few choice songs...
He means millions of us protesting. We clean up after ourselves. No more than a skeleton crew for barriers and the like.
Our country is about to be devastated. Whether anyone harms him or not is a moot point.
Sure sounds staged, doesn’t it?!
LOL
On the other hand, well over 200,000,000 guns DID NOT show up at the capital . . .
Thank you Dust in the Wind. I appreciate it.
I have no fix for that. Your and my view is probably equally dismal on the reality of it. I wish I did have a decent suggestion, but the Supreme Court refusing to review the issue leaves me not just suspect of the president’s qualifications, but now the qualifications of the SCOTUS Justices’ intellect, logic, and qualifications as well.
Thanks MaxMax. I appreciate it.
These types of occurances are going to start popping up like fleas off a dead rat...
I’m sure it didn’t start with this administration. My party has left me disenfranchised for about 16 years, truth be told.
God Bless America.
I certainly wouldn’t call what we have “representation”.
Though, in a way, it’s not entirely their fault. It is the fault of our ignorant, selfish, immoral, neglectful neighbors. The average American voter is like a 15 year old boy playing with a hand grenade. Yeah, he’ll probably hurt himself. But he’ll also hurt everyone around him,, too.
It makes it difficult for me to have any compassion for the average American when tragedy befalls them.
I agree, though I will say that some people work long hours, have families that sap the rest of their attention, and just don’t get to plug in like we do.
Those that do have time, and still think a person like Obama is wonderful, just aren’t paying attention.
Winner!
