A Tucson, Arizona homeowner alerted of an impending home invasion by his security cameras, armed himself and took matters into his hands when four armed suspects attempted to break into his home last week.
In the surveillance video you see a vehicle pull up, and four men run out.
One of them is carrying what appears to be an AR-15 or M-16, a weapon which could be fully automatic.
The robbery happened in broad daylight.
All the action was caught by the homeowners outdoor surveillance system.
The victim was able to get back inside his house, close his door, semi barricade it, reach for a weapon that was easily accessible, said Pima County Sheriffs Deputy Earl Gieron.
The homeowner shot at the suspects.
He even put a bullet through the windshield of the suspects car, which is also caught on camera.
The four men retreated and took off....
People living in the neighborhood heard all the gunshots, and saw the aftermath....
Lawrence Cruz lives down the street from where the attempted home invasion happened.
I am very watchful where we live and I think everybody has right to defend their property, said Cruz.
Detectives did find the suspects vehicle, but the four men are still on the run.
One of the suspects has been identified as 23-year-old Jesus Mendivil.
Its believed he was shot in the arm.
The three other men are all described as Hispanic males between 17 and 25-years-old.

I suggested the Uzi because the recoil is controllable (and I purchased one several years ago and know this for a fact) Never having fired the FN I don’t know whether they climb (like an AK) or not. The prices have gotten ridiculous (as our massas in Kongress intended) for full auto weapons, and the best and newest are NOT available to anyone but the government’s own goons (again as out massas in Kongress intended). Generally full outo in light weapons with a rifle cartridge tend to be harder to control than full auto in weapons with a pistol cartridge

Wow, are you way behind the times.
Especially after the Connecticut home invasion/robbery/extortion/rape/immolation murders - you should NOT expect just a couple of people wandering in, one with an old revolver.
The Dallas cops I’ve talked to who did that cited liability and internal affairs reasons for doing that. Seems that if you get the whole affair on video when you have to open fire on an intruder and you did it by the book, it takes a *lot* less time for IA to clear you.
Home video surveillance systems are cheap enough now. You can put a decent one together for under $300 now or you can spend $500 and get a ridiculous number of cameras.
Wow! nice video, guess this “job” was a little over their “pay grade”
Um... you don’t take on a guy holding an automatic rifle with a pistol. You fire from cover and use your magazine capacity (you *did* remember to dump the revolver and buy a high capacity automatic, right?) to suppress the enemy from cover until and unless he gives you an opening.
Also notice that he probably got at least one of them, and looking at the windshield hit, I think the driver just ducked at the right time.
When you find the key, remember that you put the ammunition on the top shelf in the basement, behind the canned peaches.
"No Hurry -- the punks will wait," -- says the Brady Bunch.
Once I’ve fired and they’re fleeing, I’m shooting straight!
Based on the video, he fired several rounds as they retreated to the car.
THAT is when his aim should have been better.
Keep in mind, this is NOT the thought process I would share in any “debrief”.
So does Obamassiah, we're all his victims and he wants us disarmed.
He was an antigun extremist, even for Chicago, before he started campaigning for a national office and no matter what he says now he is still a dedicated gungrabber of the first order. Gun confiscation is coming at some point in his term in office, or God forbid two terms. Count on it and try to prepare for it.
Don't tell ANYONE where your guns are stashed, there will probably be rewards offered for information and your friends may not be friends for long if a large sum of money is involved. Yeah I'm paranoid, there are way too many similarities between the grip Obamamessiah has on the minds of masses of Americans and Hitler's demonic-like hold on the minds of the German people when he came to power for me NOT to be paranoid..
If you ever want a gun you had best get it now while they are still available to private citizens. Buy a gun from a private party who doesn't know your name or where you live, because his guns will be traced to him if he bought from a licensed gun dealer but the trail ends with him if he doesn't know your real name.
Yeah I'm paranoid like I said in my previous post, but IMHO paranoia is justified when you have a demonically empowered "messiah" like Obama in power.
So what's the problem, they're just hard working immigrants doing crimes that Americans won't do.
The one that you have shot 1000 rounds through at the range, that is kept loaded and handy.
His two shot group on the windshield looked pretty tight to me.
Makes sense. Some insurers will also give you a homeowners' policy discount for adding a video system.
fer cryin out loud.....
he had four large targets moving away from him, while he was shooting and missing.
Betcha they were “undocumented immigrants”,or whatever the he!! they call em now (oh,my bad...they call them 0bama supporters!!).....Good on ya, homeowner! Too bad you couldn’t take out a few of them.I noticed in the video not one of them even attempted to return fire. What morons!
