While there are some similarities, Hitler had a war-weary, and un-armed populace to shape and/or beat into submission. Today there is a very large, well-educated, well-armed, and highly motivated/patriotic segment of the American populace who will not let Obama achieve anything near what Hitler did, and may nip such ambitions, if they exist, in the bud.

Additionally, while there may be equally zealous citizens championing Obama's "Change," and a few misguided law "enforcement" elements that may unwittingly try to enforce such change, unlike 1930s Germany, the combat-hardened American military will side with We The People, not self-serving politicians in Washington.

Yes...something is about to happen. We have allowed the brain dead schmucks to bring the country to crisis. It's simply the culmination of years of psychological subversion by the an old enemy...who now seems to be more capitalist than we are. That's the irony of the entire situation...the original plan put in place by Moscow over 100 years ago has a life of it's own here and no one is stopping it's movement.

I agree with the author. It seems to me that much of what we have been experiencing is orchestrated—but I am not sure by whom or for what pupose. Much of is goes against American and a lot of the change took place under nominally conservative Presidents (including Reagan). I believe these changes will accelerate now that the Dems have almost total control of the Government.

I have 3 sons...30, 28, and 24. Two are college educated (one with no degree, one working on his graduate) and one is not. Sadly, they all believe this way.

That only matters if it is one of the five more conservative judges. If it is one of the more liberal other four, which is likely, it won’t matter a lot.

In order, from most likely to leave or die is Ruth Bader Ginsburg, John Paul Stevens, and David Suter (who doesn’t like Washington).

It was a great run, but America is dead and gone. All that’s left is a land mass populated by cretins and parasites who have absolutely no respect for the military and who vote for big government to confiscate money from their neighbors and “redistribute” it to them. It is not an America worth defending anymore. The Democrats have won.

My recommendation is to learn as quickly as possible how to game the system. Grab every penny you can from government before the parasites gobble it all up. If you are in the military, find a way to get out as quickly as possible. Wrench your back or something. Also, figure out how to get on the SSI gravy train. The Democrat “base” constituencies are way ahead of us normal, working, traditional American families in clever schemes for gaming the system, so we have a lot of catching up to do.

There’s no need to despair. All things come to an end sooner or later. It’s just the way it is.
The ability to adapt is key. Good luck everybody!

I had a similar conversation with a Dr. (born again Christian) last week. We are about the same age and are amazed at how quickly things have changed from our childhoods to now. The only thing that gives us both some solace is the belief that this is all part of His plan.
