I sent the following question to Chris’ producer last night, to see if Chris could ask Ann this:
Ann, your appearance on “Larry King Live” last week (in which Joy Behar of “The View” was guest-host) was one of the most-watched King shows on CNN. You and Joy were really bringing up a lot of discussion and debate on the issues of the day. You were also a guest on “The View” a few years ago, but haven’t been invited back, it appears.
Why is it, in your view, that conservative women are either not invited frequently to women’s shows like “The View” or on shows on women cable-channels like Oxygen or Women’s Entertainment, or that, if invited, they’re outnumbered by 3 or 4 liberal women? For example, “The View” has 4 liberal voices at all times and only 1 conservative voice (Elizabeth Hasselbeck).... so why don’t a group of conservative women — like yourself, Michelle Malkin, Monica Crowley, etc. create or pitch the idea of having a women’s show with a conservative woman’s point of view being the majority?
