AAR - Nashville Tea Party

The Nashville Tea Party was held today at Legislative Plaza. We had a crowd, by two estimations, of around 600. While it was cool and misting rain, the support was warming. Some of the speakers today were: Robin Smith,Tennessee GOP Chairman, Dave Evans, who is running against Bart Gordon in the 6th Congressional district, Nathan Moore, former Chairman of the Davidson County Young Republicans, Ben Cunningham of Tennessee Tax Revolt, and Susan Lynn, State Representative.
Also in attendance today were FReepers fullchroma,CrappieLuck,NewRomeTacitus, and a couple others.

That was me with the “Obama is a Radical Communist” plywood sign. Was working, decided to go down, grabbed a piece of plywood and spray paint...my arms were getting tired

Not a FReeper AFAIK. FYI, the guy with him was, um, just as "hot".
This won't be our last here in Nashville. I'll track him down next time, and send him your way.

FYI, the guy with him was, um, just as "hot"PS, I was about 10 feet away when they met there. They greeted each other as "buddies" there for a cause. I didn't mean to imply he was there "with another guy".
This ain't no SF, if you know what I mean.

Thanks for the ping and it was really great to meet you guys (and gal).
I got to talking to people and left, totally forgetting to stick around for the Freep Pic.
I WILL be sure to do better next time....and with Obama in office for fours years, I’m sure we’ll see a lot of each other.
