Agree! Any weapon, even a bb gun can be used to assault. So can a rock, a baseball bat, a knife, etc. The proper term is semi automatic rifle. Holder wants that ban because they need to disarm citizens and it’s scaring the sh*t out of them seeing how many have been sold since Nov.

Excuse me but I never asked if you were for the ban. And I didn't get that impression from your original post either.

I merely answered your question as to 'who' let, actually 'how', the original ban expired.

And... I didn't say anything about RINO's or throwing them out, so please don't rant at me about that.

Any expanded AWB (Semi auto weapon) ban will have an expanded HR 45 licensing and registration scheme, and provisions for microstamping ammunition attached to it. All gun owners will have to get this license, turn in all semi-auto “assault weapons”, “Sniper rifles” and non-stamped ammo, register all of their legal firearms, and obtain $1 million in liability insurance. All new ammo bought will have to be registered to the owner.

Who let the ban expire? Bob Dole. It never would have passed in the first place if he didn’t sell his vote for a sunset clause.
