WASHINGTON (AP) — The Justice Department on Monday released a long-secret legal document from 2001 in which the Bush administration claimed the military could search and seize terror suspects in the United States without warrants.

The legal memo was written about a month after the Sept. 11 terror attacks. It says constitutional protections against unlawful search and seizure would not apply to terror suspects in the U.S., as long as the president or another high official authorized the action.

The memo was one of nine released Monday by the Obama administration.

He will let 25 million capitalists be killed.. That is the plan per Ayers.
______________
And who does he think is going to do that? does he think they will sit in their homes and wait for UN troops? Do you really think our military would allow UN troops to come in and kill millions of their fellow countrymen? I don’t. They should be careful what they ask for.

BTW, best bet on what you hear of that nature is to keep it to yourself ~ Obama has his people scouring FR every day trying to pick up every little tidbit.

You're right of course, but I can't help but chuckle at the visual of a pack of 0bamunists searching FR page-to-page, trying to figure out if there are hidden coded messages in posts which reference terms like 'stuned', 'beeber', 'viking kitties', etc.

On a more serious note, I think that these moves by the illegal 0bamunist regime are specifically intended to provoke a radical response from conservatives, and I would say they are hoping to precisely trigger one or more maniacs (and we've got some at our end of the political spectrum, there's no denying that) into doing something violent which would then provide justification for invoking all of those executive orders which are on the shelf, ready for use, martial law is declared, and all the rest of that noise.

And let's face it: all the speculation about 0bama being the actual Antichrist will either be confirmed or denied if someone gets off a lucky shot at the SOB.

Offered without comment;

Benedict Arnold's decision to offer to the British the plans of West Point, thus effecting its surrender, stands out as the most traitorous acts of the War.
In a clandestine meeting with British Intelligence , Arnold handed over detailed plans of the number of troops and the location of fortifications surrounding the Hudson River garrison.

The acolytes don't count.

Anyway, Secret Service has a "list" of over 300,000 crazoids, etc., who have evil intent toward any President, and/or Congress, and it doesn't take a host of special orders and roundups to control them ~ just guys willing to leap in front of the target.

Most of our Presidents have been intelligent enough to not needlessly anger and distress the broad masses against them ~ Obama, though, has already revealed to us that he is seriously mentally deficient ~ definitely a product of the worst sort of affirmative action.

He can release anti-terror memos, but not his BC, college records, or medical records. What a POS.

Power and money. Stay in power and get very wealthy. Many think tanks in DC are Saudi funded. Valerie Palme’s husband joe Wilson worked for one.

Yup. Money changes everything.

When the southern states seceded the only federal effect on their lives was only the Constitutionally-mandated tasks that were all Lincoln ever intended to do- collect the duties at the ports and deliver the mail. It would be nice if that’s all we had to endure from the federal government today.

In late 2001 Al Qaeda or Osama or some Muslim said they were out to ruin our economy.

Saudis have more money than God. They pay Palestinians gold to breed bomblettes because money means nothing to them.

They are ones who could destroy American.

Distraction. It is meant to pander to his base as he steals more authority and destroys our economy and liberty.

The legal memo was written about a month after the Sept. 11 terror attacks.

I swear, I think almost everyone in this country, including many FReepers, suffers from some kind of memory problem. Doesn't anyone remember what was going on in the country "about a month" after September 11, 2001? Anthrax attacks. The airline industry barely starting to crawl back. The stock market, ditto. Most people expecting another attack at any moment. Anyone remember? Anyone?

Wouldn't surprise me in the least. That's one of the strange things about dictatorships - even when their opponents try to flee, dictators won't just shrug and let them go, but instead want to keep them in place and punish them.

Oh, really? Did you honestly think they were going to sit this long when a NON citizen just took over the US?

Do you honestly think that the majority of troops nder 40 years old even KNOW what the constitution is??

Do you honestly think that troops under 20 respect the 2nd ammendment??

Obama isn't interested in prosecuting GWB (and this is regardless or even in spite of what Pelosi et al want) -- he's interested in maintaining presidential powers. Everyone bought a lot of canned goods and stocked up ammo, right? 'Cause if the Muzzies infiltrate your neighborhoods and attack, Obama won't lift a finger to help (unless helping his fellow Muzzies counts).

$ The Saudi money bought him the election.

You are the first I’ve known to say that. Could you expand on it or explain? I’ve suspected it all along.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I’m not Frantzie, but I fear he is 100% right.
The earlier trip to Syria, meetings with MidEast heads of state were the icing on the cake. A group of Iraqi (Christian) -Americans that came to the U.S. after the 1st Gulf War have explained it all very well in saying, “It made no difference how much money in campaign contributions McCain or any other opponent could have raised. Hussein was given carte blanche with unlimited access to to untold millions.
Did you ever take a look at the extensive lines Obie wear and paraphenalia with the Obie logo morphed with the Muslim moon, star and color-coordinated by Muslim country on the various websites?
It would have been nice for the media to have shown us the post-election Muslim rejoicing in the streets in Indonesia, Turkey, Africa, Iran, Syria, etc.
