United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton placed on Hamas’s shoulders the responsibility to return calm to the region by halting rocket attacks on Israel. Unlike previous American messages that sought a “balance” in blame, she did not couple the halt of attacks with the issue of Gaza border crossings.
Israel has restricted shipments of humanitarian aid through the crossings in order to lessen the movement of materials that can be used for terrorist strikes.
"The fist step is a durable peace, but that can only be achieved if Hamas ceases the rocket attacks,” Secretary Clinton said at a press conference after conferring with Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni.

I, for one, am relieved to know she can at least grasp the obvious. Given the actions of the rest of this administration, that makes Hillary a beacon of hope. And I NEVER thought I’d put Hillary and hope in the same sentence.

I see that Shimon Peres kissed Her Royal Thighness today for all to see.
What a doddering old fool Peres is making out of himself! Surely not the first time he’s put his dementia on public display.
He should retire and cease disgracing himself.
A caller to Rush Limbaugh (who stated she was not Jewish, BTW) today called to ask and complain about Her Royal Thighness’ current activities in the Middle East, particuarly the $900 million in aid to Gaza. Rush opined that all that money is really a donation from Obama to Hamas, that HRC was very happy to be O’s courier for the transaction, and that the end result would be more arms for Hamas and more Hamas attacks on Israel.

I'm afraid it will work.
It’s pretty unbelievable but I have to say that I’d give my right arm...and probably alot more, to have Hillary as President today. What a country.
