Southern California attorney Orly Taitz has emerged as a constitutional heroine in the fight to establish – albeit late – whether Barack Obama is even legally eligible to serve as president of the United States.
On Friday, she took the bold step of presenting Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts with a WND petition of some 330,000 names calling on all controlling legal authorities to do just that.
And she did it before 800 people at the University of Idaho where he was speaking.
I have to tell you, this lady is rapidly becoming one of my heroes.
This question of eligibility is quite a story – or, should I say, non-story.
Anyone who dares mention it is now demeaned as a "birther."
I'll accept the title, if a "birther" is anyone who believes the Constitution really means what it plainly says about the president needing to be a "natural born citizen."
The insults won't stop me or WND from covering this issue as we have throughout the campaign and since the election. It's not going away – not until we see the complete birth certificate instead of the certification of live birth, and get some answers to questions of obviously growing concern to millions of Americans.

Regardless if a person believes Obama was born on U.S. soil, or that the COLB posted on the net is genuine or that his Selective Service Registration is also authentic, one glaring fact remains.
Barack Hussein Obama openly admits and attempts to justify the face that his father was not an American Citizen and held loyalty to Kenya, Indonesia and Britain. This very fact, admitted by Obama establishes he is not a Natural Born Citizen as required by the constitution and is ineligible to hold of office of President.
As a lawyer, Mr. Obama knows he is ineligible and is therefore guilty of treason against the U.S., fraud, campaign finance tampering and and other crimes I have not thought of or do not even realize are on the books.
That Obama has been able to commit the greatest act of fraud with virtually no pressure to stop him should make every American concerned about the direction our country has taken.
That our judicial branch at all levels has refused to hear a single case on a virtually open and shut constitutional matter puts on display how the citizens of this country have lost all of our power and rights and our country.
America has been taken over by a peaceful coup with the blessing of the judiciary.
I commend Dr. Ortiz for having the guts to take on this matter but I fear for her safety as well as the safety of any judge who places the constitution above everything else and hears this case on its merits.
I've seen no "laws at the time" requiring dual citizenship if pops is a foreigner. Show them to me. And when did it change?

You are sounding desperate and DUMB now. I can answer that question for ya. Someone gave it to the newspaper. Just like in my city. You have to send it to the paper. Call around, know yourself out. Most papers do NOT automatically post birth announcements. Some people may not want them in the paper. You give them the info, they print it.
Who gave it to them? Was it the same person who did all the other birth announcements published that day? Why else would all the birth announcements in both papers be worded the same way and for the same dates?

We're talking 50 years ago, it was far more common. Even today the local paper prints marriage announcements, divorce announcements, and births. They get them from the city government.

Check the constitution of Kenya, Chapter VI. He was granted citizenship on December 11, 1963 because his father was a citizen. He lost it on August 4th, 1981 when he failed to renounce his U.S. citizenship.

I think that the lack of coverage of the obama eligibility issue may turn out to be beneficial for those that are fighting the good fight.
If the msm publicly attacks those that are demanding proof of obama’s eligibility to be POTUS, then they themselves will be bringing the case out in the open. The propaganda machine will keep quiet as long as they can, until it's clear that something is about to hit the fan.
