Go into your cookies and remove the ones planted by the website. Then you can vote again.
On my computer, they are cookies set by:
c.msn.com
live.com
msn.com
msnbc.msn.com
rad.msn.com
Total cookies set when I counted them last week were 27 from these 5 locations.
If you have firefox, you go into Tools/Options/Privacy to find your cookies and remove them.
