The EPA has officially declared that CO2 is endangering the public's health and welfare. This means that there will be new pressure on businesses to cut their emissions.
It also sets the stage for cap and trade legislation:

Funny thing, that: there being more plant food available, we actually have more plants! Word is the total size of forests is significantly larger now than in a long time. More CO2, more plants. That’s a _good_ thing, right?

A Democrat Congressman yesterday said they will use “whatever means necessary” to reinstate the off-shore drilling ban and make it permanent.

The army Obama's organizer mentioned above -- almost the law now... They passed the "Service Act/Give Act" through the Senate last night, so Obama's dream of a Civilian Police Force is a reality, folks.
The NCCC will house young people on campuses, give them uniforms, and they will be at the beck and call of the Federal Government to respond to natural & "OTHER" disasters, as well as to WORK on infrastructure projects. They are estimating something like 7 million people working for various parts of this plan (not sure how many in the NCCC itself).
Please be aware that Obama said throughout his campaign that he wanted this Civilian Security Force to be as WELL-FUNDED, WELL-EQUIPPED, & as WELL-TRAINED AS OUR MILITARY!

Now as far as the article itself? How can they declare Carbon DIOXIDE dangerous? We exhale it every few seconds! They are just using this Gorebull Warming BS as an excuse to grab more power. So sad that so many people are buying the propaganda hook, line, and sinker...
It never ceases to amaze me that these Democrats (the majority of whom are behaving like useful idiots) complained so much over the last 8 years that they couldn't trust Bush and his administration. Now, they figure they'll hand over the keys to the hen house, and give even MORE power to Obama? These people are CRAZY and/or evil. So forget CO2, we simply must address the di-hydrogen monoxide issue first. I think it should be severely regulated in use and emission... :-/
