That’s because she scared the hell out of their Commie butts when McCain put her on the ticket. For a while there, I’m pretty sure they thought that they might not be able to get their boy “elected.” ACORN pulled it out for them.
All Sarah has to do is eliminate the following taxes:
Income tax
Property tax (for long time residents, not just any joe blow who builds a place and then claims to be a resident)
Gas tax
Sales tax
Then, when idiots complain that it’s not fair that Alaskan residents are the only ones exempt from the property tax, all we conservatives have to do is suggest to the citizenry that we do the same in all states.
When the libs complain it can’t be done, then blast their objections all over the place to an overtaxed citiznery and make sure any RINOs don’t wreck it.
Then sit back and prepare for office.

The aim of the left is to discredit anything that SP might say by discrediting her character(sp).
IOW they fear she might say someting, Mayhaps say something Libs would’nt like.
When the MSM geos after her personal stuff, or her kids personal stuff, they only show themselves as the cowards that they really are.
God bless this lady for taking it thusfar, but (respectfully) she either needs to start working on her 2012 platform now - which she has not, or, be relegated to the ‘obscurity’ as a great governor of Alaska.
For her it’s Win Win, I think she should hold an impromptu press conference, to garner support, and as long as she adheres to the core values Iv’e seen, I see no downside.

She cannot eliminate taxes, since it is congress that levies them. The RINO and rat infested Alaska legislature will never eliminate all taxes.
