Look at #96.
This is fashion and class!
More fashion and class!
Laura NEVER embarrassed me....well, once.
I was afraid this would happen. Worse, the trip is still young.
The tank and the cardigan are way too casual for the skirt and the occasion. It looks like she ordered then out of a catalog to wear running around town. The style of the skirt is unflattering to her figure. I’m sure the cardigan was a temporary addition to her sleeveless intent.
Black clothes can hide a multitude of style sins unless you look closely.
I heard on Glenn Beck that Obama presented the Queen with an IPod?
These two are classless and an embarrassment to the country. But some of us knew this was going to happen.
LOL!
Re: “I would think it would be too chilly for sleeveless.”

Yes, at the very least, the season should dictate choice of sleeves v. sleeveless. Is there a heatwave in London today?????? Sheeesh!!!
Baby Love, My Baby Love, Oooo Baby Love .....
Then, oh...oh...this is funny. One of the hoop devotees decided to get married and have one with her wedding dress. She fainted as she got to the altar and fell backwards — groom, groomsmen and priest got a cheesecake shot for sure.
I remember debutantes from when I was little sitting on straight chairs with the hoops hung over the back so they wouldn't crush their dresses. I've never worn one, wouldn't want to, but I love crinolines, poodle skirts, sweater sets, pearls, saddle shoes, brogans and peter pan collars. Anybody remember thin ribbons tied in a small bow to act as a headband for page boys???
I completely believe it’s deliberate.
You know that a certain population will just LOVE these two towering over the Queen on either side of her.
Yes, Michelle in her bee outfit. I guess she thought it was appropriate because she just ‘flew’ in from the States.
Reminds me of the old SNL skits with the bees.
Thanks, that makes sense. Learn something everyday.
This was not really a State visit. A State visit comes at the invitation of the head of a country and is much more involved and formal. It entails much more pomp, circumstance and ceremony. I found this bit on line about the visit.
"President Obama to meet with the Queen of England, next month, in a private meeting, which is deemed somewhat unusual as he will not be there for a state visit. This is a "getting to know you audience", that the Queen, by all accounts, is looking forward to. It has, according to all sources, been a very long time, since she has invited someone personally. Afterward, he is to meet with the G20 heads, for a supper in Essex."

She looks like a cocktail lounge singer in that picture. Her hair is lovely like that though.
He’s got a golliwog behind his back which he was planning on giving to Mr. and Mrs. Big.
Because he asked to meet with the Queen. It’s not like she requested to meet with him as that article tries to insinuate!
