Her "daddy's party" is the opposite of young conservatives. It is the old GOP of making deals with the Democrats to make Washington a peaceful place where you can be invited to the right dinner parties if you behave. It is the party of offering half a loaf to the Democrats before they even ask, and then negotiating away three-quarters of the rest. Yes, she is the voice of her daddy's party - but that has nothing to do with conservatives.

McCain was as "maverick" as the guy who cuts you off on the freeway and then slows down just because he can.
