And now the same NY Times reporting that Obama is changing its policy toward Iran's nuclear efforts? Why change a policy toward a threat that doesn't exist??? Unless, of course, the 2007 report was complete BS, which the media new all along. Of course that didn't stop them from using this straw man to go after Bush.

The same intelligence agencies which said Saddam had them.

Israel ????? this is your water mark or signal, the USA is not going to help you......
I am sad to say ( don't blame me, I voted for the other guy ) that you are now forced to go at it alone, to take care of the dangerous animals in Iran.

How does this New York Slimes article jibe with the recent statement by Iran that they now have 7,000 Uranium centrifuges going?

“that the program remains frozen ....”

They are building thousands of centrifuges and enriching uranium as needed for a nuke. That part of the program obviously isn’t frozen.

What does frozen mean?

This piece was published bank in 2007. Another assessment by an independent think tank back in January says that they can build at least one. There are more current assessments than this piece by the NYTimes.

We’re supposed to believe the 2003 report instead of the 2005 report? What, did Pres. Bush’s actions in Iraq scare Iran into halting their nuclear weapons program?

Hello! You’re missing the point. Tonight Drudge has a link to a NY Times story saying that Obama is changing tactics with respect to Iran’s atomic program. What atomic program? When did the NY Times ever correct the record?

Everybody picked and chose what was in the NIE.

Read the assessment here - note the judgments section.

What does frozen mean?

It means they probably figured that 7000 centrifuges are enough to get the job done, and they won't be needing any more.

What a lying pile of steaming crap! Iran itself has verified that their nuke program is full-speed ahead. How many thousand centrifuges now online and rolling?

The mouthpiece of the DemocRAT party now working for the enemy and not even trying to hide it?
