I had never heard that term until the reports about Cooper’s remark and still didn’t know what it meant until Rush explained just enough for anyone to be able to figure it out. So I guess Cooper is culturally hip as well as being a complete jerk. Typical of CNN.
I was not familiar with the pervert's meaning of "teabagging" - not until Monday, April 13th when I checked my daily "word of the day" email from Urban Dictionary. Any guesses what the word was?
Coincidence? Maybe. Then again maybe there are just more tea-baggers at Urban Dictionary and at CNN than we had thought. Maybe they know each other...

sad, its actually desperately sad that this qualifies for modern day reporting.
OK—I will have to clear this up, since teabagging seems to be a big area of confusion for a lot of people on FR.
for obvious reasons.....it’s a term used in pornography which refers to a practice of taking parts 2 and 3 of the male “triple business” comprising the male genitalia, into one’s mouth, and , well, “sucking”. that’s what it is.
the fact that two gay telejournalists have used the term tells you something about where the level of broadcast news has now descended. Maybe they’re using it in reference to the tea parties in a pointedly snarky way, as a backhanded insult.
Anderson’s upset because the string broke or the tail snapped off the gerbil or...
Because we know what it means but more importantly. It speaks of the cultural, epistemological,and knowledge of liberty divide. We think in terms of our Founding Fathers, they think of street lingo that refers to their carnal centric mindset, and mock us...
They have no idea of our resolve and our love of liberty. Their will come a time when even CNN will have to listen to their customers, and people of such little substance such as Cooper will have to find new employment, coffee shop owner in a liberal enclave works for me...
