Sta-bil. Hardware stores, home improvement centers and wherever they sell lawn mowers and chain saws.

"I bought 150 gallons of gasoline a couple of months ago, at $149.9 in jerry cans (SAFELY STORED), and 5 cases of oil. "

Good for you but, you'd better put some stabilizer in that gasoline.

You might get some of the gasoline preservative you put in gas to keep it from going bad. I know nothing of it but have heard about it.

It is basically alcohol, which absorbs WATER! It works. I've used it for years (motor home!)

you dont have to take offense at every broad generalization that comes your way. he specifically said just the fat lazy ones.. if you arent fat and lazy then he probably didnt refer to you.

seriously though, his ideas make sense. if a lot of boomers retired, there would be a big decrease in unemployment

I’ve never heard of Don’t Panic! How often is this ghoul right?

Ditto that—wondered about his track record/claim to fame, etc.

"I’ve never heard of Don’t Panic! How often is this ghoul right?"

About half the time or 50% of the time verses Bernanke and Paulson who together haven't been right even 1% of the time.

One of the most accurate is Gerald Celente.

"But some of the weird ones have it right."

One of the weirdest is the Rienhart character he was referring to at www.enterprisecorruption.com

Okie dokie...how about I issue a broad generalization of drug addled, video game playing, lazy couch potatoes that make up the younger generation?

Hey, if you aren’t a couch potato, it doesn’t count, so don’t take offense.

“if a lot of boomers retired, there would be a big decrease in unemployment”

Since small business makes up 70% of the businesses out there, if a lot of us retired, unemployment would still be a problem as many of those businesses would close.

BTW, you might want to learn correct punctuation.

Sta-Bil. If the gasoline has ethanol in it, that may still pose a problem. It attracts moisture.

"One of the most accurate is Gerald Celente. "

Here is a real scary one from Karl Denninger:

What's Dead? (Short Answer: All Of It)

"Civil unrest will break out before the end of the year. The Military and Guard will be called up to try to stop it. They won't be able to. Big cities are at risk of becoming a free-fire death zone. If you live in one, figure out how you can get out and live somewhere else if you detect signs that yours is starting to go "feral" - witness New Orleans after Katrina for how fast, and how bad, it can get."

"The bad news is that you won't have a job, pension, annuity, Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid and, quite possibly, your life."

[snip]

I have used Heet in the winter as a fuel additive to stabilize & prevent against gass line freeze—dunno if t works in summer.

Ever notice how giddy Obama seems when he is around his comrades from Cuba, Venezuela, Russia, China, Kenya and etc?
