The lack of one, coupled with the mortgage deduction played a big role is this recent real estate bubble--even though it is rarely discussed. How many folks have bought homes when they should have rented, after their brokers and relatives told them "you are throwing your money away".
No. The perp blamed it on Conservatives, while turning ever so slightly to agree with the true conservative position on managing finances.......for the moment while it is convenient.
Are the lyrics to banking queen up anywhere? I can’t quite make them out through the extreme (accurate) garbled falsetto...
Elmer Fud in drag :)
“Bah, bah, bah bah! BAH BAH BAH BAH!!!”
-Bwarny Fwank
speaking of “the perp,” didn’t Barney Frank plead in a molestation charge involving a page during the ‘80’s?
Is this guy just insane?! Does he think no one pays attention?
The deduction is an incentive to have a loan, rather than to buy your quarters outright.
someone needs to “fix him up” with perez hilton, maybe then they’d both go away.
I know people who take Tavis Smiley seroiusly.
They will reap what they sow.
You sound like you’re holding back on the group.
I think you are confusing him with another Representative from Massachusetts, with the (unbelievable) name of Gary Studds.

Who pushed what on whom?
“The perp admits his crimes? “
No. It will undoubtedly turn out that the evil banks and capitalists forced these poor people to buy homes they couldn’t afford. Barney Frank was, of course, doing everything he could to save them. But the evil banks were too powerful.
This is actually a very nice example of one of the left’s best tricks. They get the government involved in something and create a big problem. Then, they blame the problem on someone else and use the problem as a justification for more government intervention, thereby creating more crises that justify more government. Ratchet Ratchet Ratchet.
NOW, get the masses into affordable rental housing, and have massive land-grabs by the gov't when landlords cannot afford the demands and defaults from tenants who will be granted all types of rights under new laws.
