The biggest fiction here is the government is flat out of money. It's like me taking money from the neighbor on my left and giving it the neighbor on my right after I skim 40% off in administrative expenses. All in the name of “fairness”. And, if the neighbor on my left refuses, I can have him arrested.
This is what it has come to.
Also, I'll be damned if the government is going to get my health records. On Monday I am going to retrieve them from my family doctor. I'll carry them with me each time I go in. The kenyan interloper can pound sand.

I never watch him in any way, shape or form. If I can find nothing better to do then I sit quietly and count the strands of belly-button lint. A lot more productive and less mind-numbing than seeing him do his Mussolini/Hitler poses.

Great idea; hadn’t thought of that. I have Kaiser; I think I could get copies but not the originals but don’t really see any way around having A) my medical records online and B) the Government having access to all of my medical records. I’m totally healthy with nothing embarrassing to hide but hate that the scope of who has access to my records has expanded WAY beyond the medical facility’s official, legal Custodian of Records to any gateway IT person, hacker, and government bureaucrat...

BO has done a good job of ticking off many citizens, but the Republicans are still going to have to energize their conservative base with some real conservative leadership to turn things around for ‘10!
