Official video: National Council for a New America (Barf Alert)
YouTube ^ | May 02, 2009 | Eric Cantor

Posted on 05/03/2009 3:11:42 AM PDT by calcowgirl

From the description:

The NCNA will bring together citizens from across the country to begin a dialogue with the American people through a series of forums, town halls, and an online effort that will engage people in a discussion to meet our common challenges and build a stronger country through common-sense ideas. The NCNA will be a dynamic, forward-looking organization that will amplify the common-sense and wisdom of our fellow citizens through a grassroots dialogue with Republican leaders.

So the Republican party is going to go beyond the rino stage and become the pollster party.

We don't need polls.

We don't need town halls.

We don't need the Tower of Babble.

We need a strong leader with very strong convictions that we have a great country and a Constitution that must be followed.

When the right leader surfaces, we will support him.

Not one of the names on that list is a true leader of people.

Too little, too ineffectual, and all too late.

IMHO

It is distressing to see the moderators paint this as rino or whatever, to see every title on this changed to include rino/liberal,barf whatever. Is this sanctioned by JimRob?

The blurb in parens is added by the poster, not the mods. It’s been a standard part of FR for years now.

The GOP insiders can start by dumping their 3.1 billion dollar budget plan over the side.

Their budget is Porkulus Lite.

Beyond that, at least we know who to watch out for and not vote for.

There is nothing wrong with being “The Party of NO” when the administration is hell bent on destroying America. It’s OK to say NO to treason.

Modified titles is one of the reasons many say they cannot find previous postings when doing a pre-post title search.

We already have a large, well funded group working hard to do away with the American Republic and the Constitution and bring us a “New America”; it’s the US Government led by Pelosi, Reid and Obama.

We don’t need a group of Republicans trying to outdo them.
That’s what made it possible for the socialists and America haters to gain power in the first place.

What we need is a for the Repuublican party to work hard to restore the Constitutional Republic and return the country to some semblance of sanity.

We don’t want your new America. We don’t want ever expanding government in our lives.

They obviously didn’t listen to the message of the tea parties.

I’d say it’s pretty obvious who not to vote for. The problem seems to be finding who we can support. As surprising as it may seem to some on the left, I think we realize that not all canditates can agree with us on all issues, just as we all don’t agree on all issues. That being said, IMHO, fiscal conservancy and national defense are two areas where we cannot bend.

That is the trouble.

Here in Pennsylvania and around the country, RINO’s stop at nothing to maintain power in the primaries. They will run third candidates to split opposition votes when an outsider challenges an insider.

The parties are closed here with members only in primaries and indies can’t vote in primaries of either one.

Independent candidates have a higher threshhold of signatures to get on the ballot.

Arlen had no option but to go Democrat under that system.
