I would be a little more careful with the crap. You seem to forgot that Romney captured millions of voters. Alienating these voters is really stupid and shows your ignorance. Romney will not run, but we need voters that are not told they were stupid.

It is a stupid article. Romney did not dis Palin. Some of the comments on this thread are way over the top. If people in the Party can not even be civil to each other how in the H... do you expect to win anyone's vote? I know, I know ,you only want the perfect.

"These guns are not made for recreation or self-defense," Romney said. "They are instruments of destruction with the sole purpose of hunting down and killing people." - Gov. Romney 2004

Romney the gun-grabbing liberal can KMA.

So the Boston Straggler thinks Palin is nothing but fluff. Romney is a living breathing parody of a politician.

In an interview on CNN’s “State of the Union” broadcast Sunday, Romney was responding to a question from the moderator as to whether Time’s inclusion of Palin and talk show host Rush Limbaugh on their list of “The World’s Most Influential People” was a positive or negative thing for the Republican Party.

First of all the question is a stupid one. It allows the inference get across to the audience that either is bad for the party.

We need our people who subject themselves to these leftists to at least be able to think on their feet. Romneys response should have been:

That list also includes (doesnt have to mention all) Nancy Pelosi, Eric Holder, Rahm Emanuel,Blago, Roland Burris, Hillary, Michelle Obama, and Tim Geithner. Will you be asking the next Democrat on your show if their inclusion is a positive or negative thing for their party? Or - do you exclude Democrats from these type of slanderous questions?

Now - because Romney couldnt think on his feet (and any other Pubbie for that matter) the media has the story of another mini civil war in the party. When will our guys ever learn?

What!!! Another PIMP-Romney thread? What a surprise. NOT.

"It's agreed, then. Our agents, helpers, their spouses and their contacts in the MSM,
will attack Gov. Palin to help both Obama and us."

"Romney Disses Palin Again - This Time by Proxy"
"Who's Mike Murphy? He's a Romney guy!
He's hated Palin from Day One...when she was announced as McCain's VP nominee,
he was the jerkwad on the air with Peggy Noonan when she made her infamous hot-mike disparaging remarks about Palin...
nd he himself was calling the Palin choice "gimmicky" and "cynical."
They never gave Palin a chance.
They had contempt for her and for the ordinary Americans she represents."

"Murphy is a Romney hack.
Although he worked for McCain in 2000, he switched to help Romney for the 2008 race.
He now works for Palin-deranged MSNBC as a token Republican."

Spoiler Romney attacks Gov. Palin:

"Peeking Out From the McCain Wreckage: Mitt Romney"

"Someone's got to say it: IS MITT ROMNEY RESPONSIBLE FOR OBAMA'S VICTORY?"

"Vanity: Team Romney Sabotaged Palin and Continuing to Do So?"

"Romney Supporters Trashing Palin"

"Romney advisors sniping at Palin?"

Poor sport spoiler Romney attacks other GOP candidatesn:

Novak: "Fred Thompson drop-out rumors traced to Romney campaign"

Said Novak: "The rumors were traced in part to Mitt Romney's campaign,
trying to stir up strife between McCain and Thompson
."

"Despite outspending his rivals by huge margins throughout the primaries,
(Mitt Romney, Carpetbagger UT,CA,MA,NH,Mexico) lost Iowa, South Carolina, Florida and California.
The only primaries he won were in Michigan, where Dad was governor; LDS states;
and a few states on Super Tuesday in which his California-obsessed rivals
couldn't spare the cash to advertise.
Only John Connolly in 1968 had a worse cash-to-delegates ratio.
And John McCain rightly did not like Romney's tactics during the primaries.
(W)hen (Romney's early leads) started slipping away, he resorted to unfair,
distorted, scorched-earth negative ads, betting that his opponents couldn't
afford to spend enough for the truth to catch up to his charges."

Romney Suggests Palin 'Beautiful,' Not Influential

Google search: "1 - 10 of about 22,900,000 for "Sarah Palin""

Google search: "Results 1 - 10 of about 10,100,000 for "Joe Biden""

Google search: "Results 1 - 10 of about 2,620,000 for "Mitt Romney""

I wonder how aware Romney is of his relative presence on the Internet, where Governor Palin has more positive hits than Biden and Romney have total hits. As for influence, Palin was not a hit just because she's beautiful. Voters have no doubt that she is pro-life and means it. We have no doubt that she is pro-Constitution, including the Second Amendment, and means it. We have no doubt that she has executive experience and has actually governed responsibly and successfully.

This ongoing idea that the entire GOP still needs to expand upon their total voters base by moving even more to the political left has got to officially end, if the entire GOP doesn’t really want to die. Conservatism will always be in trouble and always be a political minority, when it continuously battles against all leftist politics from BOTH major political parties. I don’t see any serious end to this ongoing “GOP Big Tent” political trend anytime soon, and, unfortunately, all leftist politics will remain in political power because of it.
