He hasn't been this postive in 2 years, I think that Montana Gun law is what he is talking about, just went to break, says this will undue the feds, he has talked to some very influencial people that says this will break the back of the Feds !!!
The states must assert their rights and sovereignty and revive the 10th Amendment.
I saw him yesterday on FOX...he was charged up! Really made me feel positive about this. I have been saying all along that it’s the States Rights thing that was important. I am so glad someone who has a national voice is picking this up.
Anyone who thinks the Federal government is going to peacefully allow the states to reassert their sovereignty better think again.
Sooner or later we are headed for a civil war.

This must really be something, Glenn’s whole demeaner has changed, says there is light at the end of the tunnel. That the ramifications of this law are enormous and sweeping ... Hopes he’s right.

I’ve said for a while that this movement to reassert states’ rights means absolutely nothing to the fed unless and until someone with NADS actually does something meaningful. This law could be it..
Glenn said this is a civil paper war, and the states right movement is the key, they’re on commercial break right now, will report more when he comes back ....
Utah and Texas are considering similar gun/regulation laws.
Oklahoma legislature re-passed their re-affirmation for the 10th Amendment, circumventing a previous bill the OK Governor (Dem) refused to sign.
Other states are re-affirming the 10th Amendment.
I had heard that Montana & Texas were telling the Feds they had no business messing with guns or ammo within their state and NH was telling DC to reread the 10th. Who else is on board now?

I’ve noticed that the range at my gun club is empty most of the time. Seems that nobody’s shooting; probably due to cost of ammo and because the folks are saving their hard-to-find ammo for when it’s “really needed.”
Glenn is going to be doing at least two TV shows on this, he’s very jazzed, talked to some big wigs, callers talking about a new party, Glenn said anything can happen, once people realize the states rights movement has power, business will realize hey, these people aren’t going to regulate me to death, tax me to death, I will truly be free, the power is going to shift to the individual state and away from the Feds, the death of the progressive movement is at hand, and they are very scared, he said this is now on the Front Page of the NY Times because they now understand the importance of what is being done.
Judge Napolitano also was quite optimistic. There’s a video of this portion the show somewhere out there. Worth watching.
