I am a woman.

You seem to forget that the man has the choice to make sure it doesn’t happen.

AFTER it happens you’re right the woman has all the choices.

There would be no forcing of paying of the man if he had taken care of his responsibility by either being married to the woman before having sex, keeping it in his pants if he isn’t married to the woman, or covering it to not get her pregnant.

I thought that as a conservative site we were on the same page about being pro-life. Abortion really is not an option for a lot of men or women.

Adoption is definitely an option, again not to everyone, and again the woman does get the last word.

At the end of the day, biology trumps by design with the woman carrying the child. Figure a way out of that and you can have all the choices.

Have a good day.

“I am a woman.”

Why am I not surprised?

“You seem to forget that the man has the choice to make sure it doesn't’t happen.”

So does the woman.... we have been over this and you still aren't getting it.

“AFTER it happens you’re right the woman has all the choices.”

Finally!!! Progress!

“There would be no forcing of paying of the man if he had taken care of his responsibility by either being married to the woman before having sex, keeping it in his pants if he isn’t married to the woman, or covering it to not get her pregnant.”

NOT True!!!! What about the cases where the woman slutted around her husband and then duped him into paying support? She still has full support of the law...

Here http://www.wsbtv.com/news/19452002/detail.html

As for your other androphobic comments.....

If the woman cant take responsibility for her hot flashes, why cant she keep her knees together, take a pill, get the surgeries, use the depo shot, use plan b, get an abortion, or insert sponges, diaphrams,or female condoms?

“I thought that as a conservative site we were on the same page about being pro-life. Abortion really is not an option for a lot of men or women.”

It's not an option for men it's an option for women... politics aside.

And as a legal option we as conservatives obey the rule of law, therefore we must recognize abortion even if we dont like it.

“Adoption is definitely an option, again not to everyone, and again the woman does get the last word.”

You are right....not an option to men.

“At the end of the day, biology trumps by design with the woman carrying the child. Figure a way out of that and you can have all the choices.”

So you recommend that we have irresponsible women carrying children and holding a gun to their heads ....like the Taliban...just so they can get a paycheck...any paycheck... the man's, the not father's, the govt’s?

WOW!!!!! Talk about prostitution the status of motherhood!

“Have a good day.”

I am.

Exposing hypocrisy and bigotry saddens me but it seems to be a necessary task.

Sometimes birth control fails - the only thing that is 100% is abstinence.

So, although your butting your head against biology - the simple truth is, outside of abstinence - the man’s part in preventing pregnancy occurs before conception. Anything else results in a potential baby that he will be responsible for supporting for 18 years. Unless you’re in MA - then you’re on the hook through college.

Your view of women is clear, they are merely receptacles for a man’s use.

You keep ranting and raving, I’m done.

“Sometimes birth control fails - the only thing that is 100% is abstinence.”

Wrong again, hysterectomys are 100% effective.

“So, although your butting your head against biology - the simple truth is, outside of abstinence - the man’s part in preventing pregnancy occurs before conception.”

We are not talking about the men, we are talking about the women.

You keep making excuses for women who want to damage real women’s status by being irresponsible prostitutes and still blaming men...all the while trying to claim the moral high ground. Then when you cant answer my points you try and change the subject.

“Anything else results in a potential baby that he will be responsible for supporting for 18 years. Unless you’re in MA - then you’re on the hook through college.”

Wow you are really going whole hog with the gyno babble aren’t you?

“Your view of women is clear, they are merely receptacles for a man’s use.”

That is a damned lie and you are a coward for saying so.

Then again that’s what I expect from a person who likes the idea of whoring out motherhood.

“You keep ranting and raving, I’m done.”

Were you ever started? You never wanted to discuss anything...you just wanted to jam your agenda at me, but found that I was smarter, braver, and more honorable than you...so go ahead and run.

But know that you have been beaten.

Yep, marriage is hard work for both. Communication, compromise, and a sense of humor are really important, imo. I think it’s also important to understand what marriage is all about prior to the wedding. Even the best marriages have tough times.

Women do tend to have the uppper hand, especially in the courts. We tend to let men off the hook, or actively work to limit their contact and responsibility to/with their children. Seems some men give up, too.

I don’t have to imagine it as I’ve seen it. I’ve also seen women who stayed home to raise the kids, because that was the agreement made by both parties, lose everything during a divorce. It sucks all around. IMO

“Women do tend to have the uppper hand, especially in the courts.”

About 90+% here in WA.

“We tend to let men off the hook, or actively work to limit their contact and responsibility to/with their children. Seems some men give up, too.”

Why not? Those men probably didnt ask nor were consulted to be a parent. The choice was forced on them. Bad enough they have to pay for the women’s decision with cash, but they shouldn’t have to deal with the offspring if they dont want to.

Besides....if we have to force them, what kind of parent will they be?

That is what a pre nuptual argeement is for.

Besides it’s a shame that the woman lost things, but it’s like getting fired from any job, she should know the risks and be willing to pay the price.

As far as sad stories, i know a woman who’s husband died out of the blue and she had to drop everything and find a job to care for her kids.

Why shouldn’t a divorcee? They had a great ride, better than most people’s lives, up to a point... be glad for what you had and buck up with the rest of us.

I’m assuming the “you” in your post is meant in the general sense?

We have a different view of marriage and parenthood, apparently.

Take care.

... you can knock off the white guilt or whatever the hell your problem is.

Really? I have a problem because I would prefer that instead of calling people Hispanics, African-Americans, Asian-American, etc... I think we all should be called Americans. Would you prefer to keep everyone in the country separated?

Absolutely. It is a parent’s responsibility to vest their children with the skills to make marriage work. Those same skills serve to make all aspects of life work. Why we think it is so hard or mysterious escapes me.
