JERUSALEM – If Pope Benedict XVI so fervently supports a Palestinian state – which would split sections of Israel – he also should divide Rome, charged the leader of a coalition of more than 350 Israeli rabbinic leaders and pulpit rabbis.
"I was shocked to hear that the first thing the pope had to say when he landed in Israel was that the Holy Land must be divided to make room for a Palestinian state," said Joseph Gerlitzky, rabbi of central Tel Aviv and chairman of the Rabbinical Congress for Peace, which includes some of Israel's most prominent Jewish leaders.
"I suggest that he divide Rome. The Holy Land was promised to the Jewish people and absolutely no human being on this earth has a right to relinquish even one inch of this land," Gerlitzky stated.

Yes, I “jumped” on the Pope because in my view it was outrageous to call for a plaestinian state while standing next to Abbas (1) and apologizing for “offending” Muslims (2) although his lack of condenmnation of a religion that is completely false, blasphemous, and violent towards Christian and Jews is a very big issue too among others.
The State of Israel most certainly has every right to call the shots with respect to it’s defense...my goodness...in a rational world...Israel would have been permitted to wipe away hostile nations and end war by proxy through terrorism.

You understood every word even though one word was spelt wrong but instead you thought to yourself to try and make yourself look good and be a school teacher in 5th grade.
Next time think and deliver your message as others do not mind if you make a mistake by spelling a word wrong.

If I’m unable to understand just exactly what point you’re attempting to make because of how poorly you’ve written your post than it is a legitimate issue. If others aren’t willing to point it out to you that’s their business. I’m not willing to try and decifer a point someone is trying to make when they do so in such a poor manner. Don’t like that I’m critical in this way? Get use to it (especially judging from the way you’ve reacted to my criticism). Spelling alone is not the issue, but I can only assume that you are unable to recognize this fact.

Not all Muslims believe that, and even if they did, should the Pope try to exclude them from the eventual mercy of our Father? Are you at all aquainted with the historic criticisms of Catholic meddling in political affairs? Should he not be sensitive of those?
Go ahead and criticise him all you want on his reluctance to get more dirty in mixing the temporal and the spiritual. Teh Pope can take it.
