I think I liked the show better back when it was called, Star Search. It was better yet when Chuck Barris hosted it and Jaye P. Morgan would ring the big bell thing when she didn't like an act.

AGREED! The Gong Show was one of the first shows that I still remember seeing on TV as a youth. If you get a chance to see the reruns, you really see how much coke Chucky Baby was snorting at the time.
