Yes, he certainly deserved to be murdered.Well, I'm certainly looking forward to seeing this quoted by Bill Oreiley! "The hard core right wing blog 'Free Republic' yet again applauds violence and murder..."
Thanks a heap!

Common ground? Just WHERE is Obama willing to move toward the right to find ‘common ground?’

This murder is the legacy of the woefully misguided Roe v. Wade SCOTUS usurpation of the legislative function. By denying Americans of differing views an opportunity to debate and contend over the issue in a democratic fashion, the SCOTUS created a pressure cooker that tends to release pent-up pressure episodically and violently.
Now the pro-abortion forces will again use the FBI and Justice Department to screw the lid down even tighter in the vain hope that it will settle the issue once and for all.

1. Tiller was a baby murdering sleaze of the lowest order. He was on the same level as Nazi concentration camp staff.
2. His murder is an unspeakable act of cowardice and should be condemned by everyone. Period.
A reasonable, clear-thinking person sees no contradiction between those two statements.

I was trying to put words to my thoughts when I read your post. Right on the money.
I will not cry any tears over Tiller, but I will not rejoice that he was shot down in cold blood either.

When you use the word "us" and connect "the pro life movement" to this guy's murder, you are doing the MSM's job for them.
There needs to be three separate types of outrage in response to this:
- Outrage at someone's murder.
- Outrage at the continued daily murder of thousands of unborn children (and the MSM's refusal to recognize this).
- Outrage at those who try to link "us" to the actions of an individual.
#3 is where pro-lifers always drop the ball.

I don't think this was another a Reichstag fire.
Maybe the guy who pulled the trigger thinks life in prison or the death penalty is the price he is willing to pay for having saved hundreds of little lives....
Remember you don't have to be a Muslim to be martyred.

Just telling #8 what they wanted to hear. And you're certainly posting what Obama, DHS, NARAL, NOW, BATFE, the HuPos and Kossaks and Bill O'Reilly want to hear.

No one cried when they hanged Eichmann.
Then again, Eichmann received a trial. Tiller didn’t.
If I were president, I’d bulldoze every abortuary on day one and let the lawyers figure out the legalities. But the murder of baby-murderer Tillman has only created a perfect martyr for the kid-killers. From now on all of us in the Pro-Life movement are domestic terrorists.

” I don’t think this was another a Reichstag fire. “
When it comes right down to it, I end up agreeing that it probably wasn’t, though it is possible. My real point is that this action will be used to damage our cause so badly that it could not have been better designed to play into the hands of the baby-killing opposition, and will be at least as counterproductive as the last time this happened, when no pro-life person could stick his head up without being called a terrorist for a full decade.

I guess #8 and those you mentioned must think alike.
