Let's not overlook Coleman. At some point, we have to admit that this man couldn't beat an Al Franken.

Here's the real Coleman....only a 64 out of 100 rating by the ACU. Coleman tried to be a moderate, and not being a Minnesotan, I can't say that's how he campaigned, but I suspect he did considering that McCain was running around the country stinking up the place with his wussy "moderateness."

Franken(stein) didn't beat Norm Coleman, George Bush did...and it had nothing to do with McCain. Coleman suffered because of Bush's 25 percent favorability rating.

Yes, I’ve read that Coleman was a “moderate” Republican, which basically means a person is more Democrat than Republican. I believe a lot of true Republicans just stayed home on election day. Several years ago when I first heard that Franken might run for Minnesota Senator, I laughed—I thought who in their right mind would vote for that fool. I still can’t believe people would vote for that fool.

there were over 400,000 votes in Minn for some third party saviour......

same thing when Ventura won....he split everything into thirds and he got the bigger third....

if we expect PERFECT candidates, then we will always lose.....

this is why we have the Rats controlling the whole country and many states....stupid, silly selfish little voters and all those glorious conservative voters who never seem to vote...all those good Christians you know.....
