It's not exactly a man-bites-dog story when someone accuses Bill Clinton of stretching the truth, but when it's a president of his own party, and when what he calls Clinton is "bald-faced" liar, and when that president happens to employ Clinton's wife as the Secretary of State, well, yes, that's kind of newsworthy.
That's one of the juicier morsels in Renegade: The Making of a President," a new campaign book by Richard Wolffe, who covered the 2008 presidential race for Newsweek. Wolffe also quotes Barack Obama as referring during the campaign to former President Clinton as "a loose cannon."

I never thought the Clintons would look good but Obama makes them look like missionaries.
"Obama" is now the master of lying and he vastly exceeded Clinton on this issue. Never before in the history of our great Republic there has been a President or even a national political figure who lies all the time, lies with incredible shamelessness, and lies with shocking brazenness, as Obama does. Not even close.
My guess is that Zero had similar words for Hitlery. They just haven’t been divulged yet. In time!
Incredible isn’t?
Sad but true. And he may actually make Carter look good! No wonder Carter supported him!
Pot, meet kettle.
The teapot calling the kettle blackass!
Ooooooh....That’s gonna leave a mark.
That osama - he really knows how to call a spade a spade!
Truly the most classless, disrespectful, childish president ever..
As I told my Rat boss sometime back, "You guys did something I didn't think was possible, make ME miss Bill Clinton"
If that ain’t rich, I don’t know what is...
I never thought I’d live to see the day I wished Hillary Clinton was President.
The black calling “the first black president” black... or something like that. Both shameless liars, with BO as the worst of the two.
Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer
Obama's aides believed that many Senate Democrats thought Clinton had extended her presidential campaign far beyond the point where she had lost the election. Her negative advertising wasted Democratic money, threatened to undermine the party's nominee and suggested that she was disloyal to the party. They were unwilling to offer the junior New York senator a position ahead of her lowly rank, and she stood little chance of becoming majority leader. "There was a lot of encouragement from inside the Senate to get her into this job," said one senior Obama aide. "They wanted her out of there..."
Say what ya want about Clinton, but for all his personal flaws such as narcissism and concern about his 'legacy', at least he cared enough about said 'legacy' to co-opt good ideas from other people (Perot and the 1994 Congress) and take credit for them as his own. For better or worse, at least Bubba was reasonable in that respect ... his first two years with the left-wing were a disaster, the 1994 Congress saved his 'legacy'.
It remains to be seen if Obama will take the same path, but so far from observations he won't, or is too clueless and egocentric to do so
Nobody compares to Bill when it comes to extemporaneous speaking. Bill is better on his feet than Obama reading TOTUS...IMO. Hillary is better than Barry.
