he was charged, by the state AG, but a jury threw it out I think
Here is a case of typical leftist duplicity ... on the one hand, democrats want abortion to be beyond state control, so twisted federal judges can dictate policy, while on the other hand, liberals want to tout that Kansas had a trial for charges that Tiller killed viable babies without the ‘state mandated’ reasons for late term abortions and he was found ‘not guilty by state authorities’ since the case was dismissed and the governor protected him.
Well, weren’t we taught that “it’s not the guilt that counts, it’s the seriousness of the charge”. Isn’t that right?
BTW, physicians who reviewed the cases under question in Tiller’s indictment found he was outside the law with some of the killings, citing frivilous reasons for late term abortions he was paid to perform.
I don’t think all of his abortions were 3rd trimester.
He was JUST acquited on 19 charges of 3rd trimester abortion without the requisite INDEPENDENT second opinion.
The second opinion was by someone IN HIS OFFICE & ON HIS PAYROLL. The jury acquited him on all counts in spite of the evidence. I really think the jury needs to examine THEIR conscience - they are due some outrage too.
Vote for Kline, he’ll go after Tiller
Republicans? Are you really serious? A spineless lot who, with few and rare exceptions, wouldn’t dare fly in the face of this “heroic adulation” of this murderous butcher. They wouldn’t want to “offend” or appear to be “intolerant”. And especially wouldn’t want to be anything but cordial to Kathleen Sebelius who, in exchange for lots of money, covered this murderer. Ain’t gonna happen.
You ask too many questions, comrade.
You need to visit Obama’s re-education kamps.
The former Kansas governor who supported Tiller (now the Sec. of Health and Human Services) will be glad to answer your questions.
yep. thats apparently all that is important
Thus, another reason to believe a third party might emerge
The last number I heard was 60,000 abortions that this man was responsible for. I can not imagine him sleeping at night. Murder is wrong but I say it’s good to have him gone.
Yes, that may happen. I’m not optimistic about it and also not optimistic that things can be made right even if that does happen. For the good of us all and that of our children and grandchildren, let us hope and pray.
ROTFLMAO!!!!
post of the day!
(My wife’s question actually) A great point of contention for the next GOP donor request phone call
Democrat supporter, move along nothing to see here.
He was a murderous sack of crap that the liberals are trying to make a martyr of. I feel as sorry for his deat as I did for Tookie , when they finally executed him.
The man who killed him had no right to do such a thing and will have to pay for his misdeeds, nevertheless he removed some trash from this planet.
Don’t know about that.
There are those who are predicting this guy will be acquitted.
Testimony during the debate over late term, partial birth abortion confirmed that this heinous procedure was never medically necessary.
If a woman’s life is threatened by a pregnancy that late into the pregnancy, why is it less dangerous for her to partially birth the child, have the doctor kill it, then complete the birth?
The truth is that the only purpose of these abortions is to rid the woman of her child. Tiller was a monster who would have had us believe that he was a compassionate care giver to women.
The devil is the father of lies and of death. He reigned in the heart of Tiller.
Because, under our laws as currently enforced, what Dr. Tiller did was legal. Secondly, regardless of all the noise the Religious Right makes, fewer than 1.6% of voters say Roe v. Wade is the most important issue in an election. You do not get attention with 1.6% of the people saying your issue is the most important one.
